🇨🇦 Danielle Smith introduced a bill making it easier for Albertans to vote on leaving Canada. If they do? - A 6.6% GDP hit. Worse than 2008 📉 - $25B lost in equalization. Meaning higher taxes or less programs. - Energy prices through the roof 📈 Should Alberta stay—or go?

Albertans will immediately cancel out income tax, GST, carbon tax, capital gains tax, clean fuel tax and make a lot more money on old age security. $24,000 for each family.

Yes. It’s a toxic abusive relationship. Cnd loves stepping on Alberta’s neck while their hands in our wallet. Without AB, Cnd can achieve its net zero fantasy. If Chinas coal emissions are not of concern to the net zero zealots then Alberta emissions are equally of no concern

If Alberta were already independent, would it be begging to join a (weaker) Canada that would rob it blind and say "thank you" by kicking it in the head at every turn?
