Excellent news! Caroline Elliott has vowed to protect kids from irreversible harm at the hands of gender doctors! We must ban puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and transgender surgeries on minors. Girls as young as 14 in BC are having gender mastectomies. If needed, she would use the Notwithstanding Clause to stop any judge who tries to get in the way of protecting kids, as Danielle Smith has done in Alberta. Caroline Elliott Jarryd Jäger

In certain California schools, parents aren’t given the option to opt their children out of sexual orientation & gender identity lessons. This is illegal— the DOJ Civil Rights Division Division U.S. Department of Justice has launched compliance reviews. Policies that keep parents in the dark must end!

🇨🇦🍁 LOL! Alberta will hold a referendum to exit from Canada: "Should Alberta remain a province of Canada, or should the government of Alberta commence the legal process required under the Canadian Constitution to hold a binding provincial referendum on whether or not Alberta should separate from Canada?" — Premier of Alberta, Danielle Smith on the referendum in October, 19 "It's time to have a vote, understand the will of Albertans on this subject, and move on." — adds *Alberta is an oil-rich province, so they want to sell oil to the US directly, without Canada. What will be the Ottawa's response?

Of course CBC will spend its time attacking Alberta Premier Danielle Smith for suggesting the common sense thing of getting back to the negotiations table with the US to resume talks, something that Mark Carney will do. "Do you know who is the most popular politician in Alberta is? Mark Carney, not Danielle Smith. I would encourage her to remember what country she belongs to." Pure derangement.

11-Year-Olds Forced to Learn Gender Ideology Under New State Standards The Department of Education wants to make sure your children support all “gender expressions” By Emily Richett Emily Richett The Michigan Department of Education has proposed an overhaul of health education standards to be taught in classrooms across the state, the first update since 2007. According to the MDE, the update is meant to “better reflect current trends, terminology, and best practices” and to be “more culturally responsive,” especially around nutrition, safety, and emotional health. On paper, that sounds reasonable. But buried within the document for grades six through eight are topics that go well beyond typical health education. The new draft standards introduce gender ideology for children as young as 11 and 12, teaching that gender is fluid, attraction can change over time, and that schools should identify and support policies related to all “gender expressions.” The section on sexual health for middle schoolers reads: - Define gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation, and explain that they’re distinct components of every individual’s identity. - Explain how biological sex, gender identity, and gender expression are distinct concepts and how they interact with each other. - Explain that romantic, emotional, and/or sexual attractions can be toward an individual of the same gender and/or different gender(s), and that attractions can change over time. Another section raises some valid concerns: - Analyze the similarities and differences between friendships, romantic relationships, and sexual relationships and discuss various ways to show affection within different relationships. I think I’ll pass on having children discuss with their teachers how to show sexual affection with adults and peers. Another section also directs high schoolers to: - Identify and support school and community policies that promote respect for all gender identities and expressions. Districts will supposedly have flexibility in how they implement these standards, with parental input on sex education. But if history is any indicator, it’s likely to fly under the radar, with few parents even realizing they can weigh in. Remember, as parents, we have the right to review and opt out of all sexual health education. The most important thing we can do today is give our feedback. Public comment on the proposed health education standards closes October 10. Funny how you probably haven’t heard much about it. It’s almost like they didn’t want parents to know. You can review the proposed standards and leave your feedback here: Whether your children attend public school or not, this affects all of us. These standards shape what’s considered normal in classrooms and youth programs across the state. Homeschooling and private education are great options, but we also have to keep fighting for the schools that belong to all of our kids.

Alberta votes to split from Canada, and guess what? The feds don’t get a veto. Neither do Ontario, Quebec, or anyone else. The 1998 Supreme Court ruling says if Alberta chooses independence, every province and Ottawa and First Nations have a duty to negotiate. No one can just say ‘no’—the law’s clear, and Alberta holds the cards.

I’m afraid I have some terrible news. The governor of America’s largest and richest state has just signed a law that puts 10 million children and adolescents in grave danger of medical mistreatment. The media headlines have it wrong. They claim that California Governor Gavin Newsom’s new law protects children by stopping public schools from outing their new gender to their parents. It does just the opposite. It makes children vulnerable to irreversible and lifelong medical abuse and mistreatment. And it is all based on the pseudoscientific idea that some children are born into the wrong bodies and that we can change a person’s sex through drugs and surgery. For any of this to make sense, you have to understand what’s happening in Britain. Several years ago, the government appointed a well-respected pediatrician named Hillary Cass to investigate whether it was ethical to block the puberty of children, give them opposite-sex hormones, and perform surgeries on their bodies to make them feel better about their gender. Dr. Cass came back a few weeks ago and said no, absolutely not. Around the same time, the British government banned puberty blockers nationwide. And, just a few days ago, the new Labor Party government affirmed that it would maintain the former government’s ban. In her report, Cass said that the so-called “social transition,” whereby a child adopts the identity of the opposite sex, is not a neutral act and has psychological consequences. This means it is the first step toward medical intervention. What Gavin Newsom has done is actively prevented schools from informing parents that their children have been put on a medical pathway. This is an outrageous attack on the rights of children and parents. Children have a right to go through puberty. No adult should be able to block their puberty. And parents have a right to know if their child thinks that they are the opposite sex or were born into the wrong body. We have seen with leaked internal documents of the leading gender medicine group, WPATH, that these medical interventions, namely puberty blockers, hormones, and surgery, are not only irreversible but result in sterilization and loss of sexual function. Children or adolescents are simply not mature enough to understand the effects of so-called “gender-affirming care.” They cannot, in other words, give their informed consent. The new law creates the grave risk that activist teachers, students, and outside groups will convince their children that they were born into the wrong body, and hide their “social transition” from parents, which will lead to harmful medical mistreatment. As such, the law that Newsom just signed is the opposite of what both children and their parents need. We need schools to immediately warn parents if their children think they are the opposite sex. After all, this is a diagnosable psychiatric condition known as “gender dysphoria.” And if your child has a psychiatric disorder, whether anxiety, depression, an eating disorder, or gender dysphoria, you have a right to know. And schools must stop teaching children, or allowing other people to teach children, the pseudoscientific and dehumanizing ideas that it’s possible to be born into the wrong body and possible to change one’s sex. As such, either the legislature, the courts, or a ballot initiative will be required to nullify Newsom’s law. Until then, it is important to spread the word to parents that California public schools are fundamentally unsafe for the millions of children who attend them.

"No child put on puberty blockers at the earliest state of puberty, and whose natural puberty is permanently blocked, will ever have an orgasm or be fertile. No child can consent to that. Around 2,000 children have already been given puberty blockers for gender distress. So that is ample information available on impacts and outcomes held by gender clinics. It makes no sense to experiment on even more children whilst this exercise remains incomplete. Why isn't the Health Secretary prioritising the completion of this important data linkage study first before experimenting on more children?" Utterly superb speech from Rebecca Paul MP during the PATHWAYS puberty blocker debate in the House of Commons. Rebecca Paul MP is correct, the Health Secretary James Murray is incorrect.

American shows a real questionnaire being sent out to Middle School students in Oregon “The Oregon Health Authority, state of Oregon, are sending out questionnaires to sixth graders asking them their sexual identities and sexual orientation As you can see on the form here it asks if they're a two spirit, if they're a demi girl or a demi boy, boy or man, gender fluid, gender queer. It goes down the list. It asks for their sexual orientation, straight, lesbian, gay, bisexual, pansexual. I mean this is just some of the most disgusting things that our own government pushes on our kids. In this case, sixth graders. This kind of stuff needs to stop and this is why students in Oregon are failing at reading, writing, and math because our government, our education system is more interested in their sexual orientation and what they identify as. Just complete nonsense. You can opt out of this — Share this video. Let people know they are trying to indoctrinate our kids. They want your kids. They want your kids. Kids, we have to stand in the gap for them and stand in the gap against this nonsense”

In other words she is happy to accept the results of the Lukaszuk Petition - but will do everything she can to kill the real Alberta Independence Petition. That is the amount of respect she has for the hundreds of thousands of people in her UCP Base who signed the petition.

The NSW Government has called next Tuesday “a very special day” because, for the first time, people will be able to change the gender on their birth certificate without undergoing gender-affirming surgery. The process is simple — just apply online to make the change.

I need Danielle or someone from her team to explain this to me because this isn't making sense. Alberta Premier Danielle Smith: "Let's have an aggressive target to double our population." Smith wants to get Alberta's population to 10m people so we can be taken seriously by the federal government. Huh?! We barely have the infrastructure to sustain current population. Our water infrastructure in Calgary is falling apart. Alberta is already the province of choice for people to move to and it's creating mass unaffordability in the rental market and housing. Alberta is already full of LMIA scams and leading the country in unemployment. Why do we need to destroy our province and make the mistakes other provinces made to peacock for the federal government?

Did Alberta just become the freest place to live in Canada? Danielle Smith announced the other day that Alberta will be introducing an amendment to the Alberta Bill of Rights…and it’s AMAZING! 🔥🔥🔥 This includes… 1. Every Albertan will have the right over their vaccination and all medical decisions. (No more vaccine mandates) 2. No Albertan can be deprived of their property without legal due process and just compensation. 3. Defend the rights of all legal and responsible firearms owners. (Closest thing to the second amendment Canada will have) Thank you Danielle Smith!
