Danielle Smith says she won’t accept export tariffs imposed on Alberta energy because Ottawa has broken trust with her province. She’s 100% right. The treatment of Western Canada, Alberta in particular by this government is despicable.

Alberta needs to either separate or join the US. This could be their last conservative gov and last chance. As more immigrants keep arriving in Alberta, it keeps going more and more to the Left. Conservative could never win there again.

Alberta funds, though equalization, Quebec and yet Quebec rejects pipelines from Alberta running through it, thereby denying Alberta's product, oil, from getting to more markets. Then Alberta is accused of not being a team Canada player and Danielle Smith is termed a turncoat. I think Alberta's representation in Parliament should be increased due to their contribution to the overall federation and provinces who receive more than what they pay in should have a reduction in representation in Parliament.
