Duh. Large commercial electricity fixed prices in ERCOT in 2019 before any incoming data centers: 3.5 cents per kWh all the way to the zone (excluding TDSP/delivery charges). After data center surge ramp up in April/May 2024: same fixed price terms -- 7.5 to 5.5 depending on term.

@RevathiAdvaithi Flex CEO saying a utility directing power to data centers and hiking consumer bills is a problem is the grid catching the AI tab, I'd rather see the rate hike than the quote.
