COVER 6 is trending right now, but how do you play it? Everyone knows what it looks like on paper, but how does it play out on the field? This is a great play to study. How are you coaching it? Who gets a plus and who gets a minus? I've sent this to 3 different NFL DCs—they all gave different answers!! Curious to see how others view it. I'll post my breakdown later. Coaching is about details, but which details? Remember, We cannot give players complex algorithms to solve - rule and keys need to be simple and repeatable to hold up under pressure and unscripted looks. Let's talk about the strip sack of J.J. McCarthy. The Vikings call a tunnel screen up top with 5 players on the line of scrimmage. Brian O'Neill needs to account for the LB in front of him with their protection rules, meaning he's supposed to let Brian Burns go past him. The simulated pressure makes it look really bad, but O'Neill plays it correctly. McCarthy needs to do one of two things -Throw it away -Curl up and protect the football He does neither, and it's a disaster. It's fair to blame McCarthy and the odd sequence where they wasted a lot of time, but O'Neill doesn't deserve any of it.

The thing I help hitters with the most.. (1 good way to train it👇🏼) They start on time but never actually get loaded to GO. They think they’re ready. They’re not. So they start earlier next time. Same problem. —— This is a conversation I have with almost every hitter. When is the right time for you? - Based on your load style - Based on how long your load takes - Based on the pitcher’s velo, windup, or slide step —— If that’s you, try a “loaded at release” type load. Bobby Witt. Judge. Get your hip and elbow loaded early. Then stride with it ready to fire. “The pitcher is up there for 20 seconds telling you to get ready. Shame on you if you’re not ready to swing.” ____ If I have you in the cage, what I’ll do is have you get into a no stride position, get ready to swing and I stand there for 1-4 seconds… Holding my hand out over the plate ready to snap my fingers. When I snap, you swing. Do that 4-5x. You get the quickness, readiness feeling. Then we go back to stride with moving ball and you’re trying to time up that same GO move with the ball With your foot up in the air and the GO will make the foot go down. Not foot down then swing. That typically kills quickness. This works 95% of the time I’d say! —— > Send this to a hitter who needs it > Save it for when you need it.

Why is the national guard handing out coffee and donuts? The ret*rds among the Amerimutt right don't understand why the National Guard of Minnesota are giving out donuts and coffee to the locals in Minneapolis. They're too inexperienced to understand basic COIN principles. You must win over the locals. You have to meet with them, create every opportunity to connect. Make them like you and do it in a genuine, and human way. Once you do that 90% of your operations are basically done. This is how the US gets to stay in extremely dangerous places around the world, and the unit responsible for it is CAPOC. It's manned by extremely charismatic and intelligent officers. Every event and encounter is accounted for, studied and eventually every loss is turned into a win. In Vietnam era terminology it's called winning hearts and minds. The majority of humans, by their core nature, are unwilling to attack a friendly face. Furthermore, when they connect with someone, genuinely, they are unlikely to betray them most of the time. Stack these events and the likelihood of immersion with the locals becomes high. Then you facilitate your strategic objectives, without any interference from the locals, because they're already on your side. What you don't do is a road-side execution, fit for a terror organisation. This doesn't just lose you the locals but creates an environment where people around the world want to actively see you harmed, or lose. Every local you kill has hundreds of friends and potentially thousands of associations. Do this enough times and the entire city will want to hunt you down. So, while the e-right laugh at the competent national guard, they're busy winning, one hot coffee, one donut, one hand shake and one conversation at a time.

NEW ALL IN: $RCAT @ 14.47. (sorry on mobile only today so thesis gonna be on the shorter side) They make drones and recently got a bunch of government contracts. I mainly like the technical setup. Spiked on some good news last week and held up with good volume and potential breakout. No near term catalysts but with the way this administration has been moving, could see more good news come at any time so it's worth holding for a bit right now. No real overhang I could find and only good tailwinds. Everything else just feels too overbought. Credit to Ahsen and his $318k all in for the inspo and starting my deep dive More thesis and specifics from my Alpha app below. --- As a reminder: this is my challenge account where I restarted with $35k to go all-in swing trading 1 stock at a time to $10M again.
