In an interview with BC Law magazine, David Yannetti David Yannetti said he had “concerns” with Turtleboy. He went on to say, “He was somebody you want to keep at arm’s length. The tactics he uses are not the tactics of a refined defense attorney.” Considering he is now fundraising for him and openly supporting his witness intimidation and harassment, I guess that arm’s length got shorter, and I think we all know at this point that their tactics are pretty similar.

🚨UPDATE: The first hearing was held today in Barnstable District Court regarding the lawsuit filed by Jen McCabe, Brian Albert, Brian Higgins, and Colin Albert, which includes claims of defamation, civil conspiracy, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and other related allegations against Karen Read and Aidan Kearney. Noticeably absent were Karen Read and Aidan Kearney. Kearney was a no-show for the first hearing in the defamation case he’s been begging for, nonstop hyping, and supposedly couldn’t wait to face. He claimed he was unaware of the hearing this am, if you buy that, you might be in a cult.

Brian Albert went out for lunch today at the Longwood Galleria in Boston. It didn’t go the way he hoped. I’d share my thoughts on this, but when I did that with Chris Albert I was indicted for witness intimidation. So for now I’ll just say that even if they get away with what they did to John Okeefe this is gonna be their life moving forward. Should’ve come out of the house.

NEW: Recently released January 6 footage shows one of the J6 protesters flashing something as he appears to be leaving the Capitol building. Many online are suggesting that the item he is holding is a badge and that he is a Federal agent. The man in the video is Kevin James Lyons and he was sentenced to over four years in prison. Lyons admitted to taking a wallet from then-Speaker Pelosi's staffer as well as a framed photo of Pelosi with late Congressman John Lewis. Lyons was an HVAC technician and was arrested in his home state of Illinois just one week after J6. On the evening of J6, Lyons shared a photo of the picture frame he took with his friends and said: "I'm pretty confident I am now a multiple Federal felon." Been up to the vet, most certainly a small stroke. He is much steadier, we’ve to have a couple of quiet days. I took the first two videos at 7am (to show the vet) and the other two just now, quite a big difference. Unfortunately he may have more strokes as time goes on.

A half eaten apple, the cross that was placed on their clothes, and their name that was finally carved together. #TicketToHeavenEP4 ☆ That apple reminds me of the apple in Adam and Eve story. It's like a symbolic way of how they gave in to something that was considered as 'forbidden' ☆ The cross. I saw the hesitation in Tanrak's eyes when he took it off. It didn't feel like he removed it simply because he was afraid of losing it. Instead, it was as if guilt was gnawing at him, like if he kept it on, he would feel the heavy weight of God watching him. Taking it off was like the choice to let go of that guilt and judgment ☆ The names on the tree. Carving their names into the tree feels like their permanent vow. As if a physical mark that Tanrak chose Barth, for now. To accompany him, to face the world with him // I genuinely didn't know what they actually trying to convey, it's just my personal point of view when I saw this

It was shots like those that made many of us fall in love with cricket! He was not just a player, he was a golden dream that the game of cricket saw and it lasted for 24 long years. He conquered just about everything and gave all the cricket fans so many moments to cherish, to feel proud of, to rejoice.
