This is one of the most disgraceful things that Karen Reads Attorney David Yannetti said in one of the pretrial hearings. He perpetuated this lie which led to the relentless harassment of Colin Albert. Karen Read was the ringmaster of this despicable and disgusting campaign of accusing innocent people of murdering John O’Keefe. What Karen Read, David Yannetti, Alan Jackson and Aidan Kearney have done to Colin over the last three years is reprehensible and unforgivable. What’s more sickening in this clip is the cheering by KR’s family. They have caused more damage and destruction to Colin’s life and took away what should’ve been some of the best years of his young life. KR will never take responsibility for John O’Keefe’s death. Her family will never hold themselves accountable for their role in their evil plan. One day they will all be held accountable for what they did to John O’Keefe, his family and friends, and until that day, we will be here advocating for them.

This is not true! Colin was deposed for 4 hours, just like Mark Diller stated to the court. All the parties were notified and it was scheduled. Attorneys for The Waterfall and McCarthys were there. Karen Read and her attorneys did not show up and they were in the same building. Enough is enough with your disinformation Jackson.

In a pretrial hearing before Karen Reads first trial, Adam Lally told the court that the extraction of Jen McCabe’s phone, was sent to the FBI’s Regional Center Forensic Lab in Boston. It was ran through Cellebrite and Axiom and the expert determined the search was done at 6:23 am and 6:24 am. The hos long to die in the snow search that Richard Green found, was before Karen Read was indicted when the software didn’t exist. Richard Green apologized to Adam Lally and admitted he was mistaken when he testified in the first trial. He didn’t testify in the retrial because he knew he would be committing perjury. Why didn’t KR and her defense attorneys hire another digital forensics expert to testify? They couldn’t find one to go along with their false narrative and kept pushing it to taint the jury. If you still believe it happened after it was debunked by Jessica Hyde, Ian Wiffin and the FBI, then you don’t have any interest in the truth.

In late 2021, they talked with a real estate agent as they were considering downsizing and selling their home. This happens everyday when people become empty nesters and/or they’re retiring. On 11/17/2022, the Alberts listed their home for $949,000, TEN MONTHS after John O’Keefe passed. On 4/10/2023, SEVENTEEN MONTHS after John O’Keefe passed, they sold their home for $905,000. They made a PROFIT of $405,000‼️ Yes it sold for $45,000 less than their asking price but they made a $405,000 profit‼️Negotiating is part of the buying process so is a home inspection. It’s common for sellers to take less of a profit due to negotiations or due to repairs or replacements found on a home inspection. It happens everyday in the real estate business. Theres nothing nefarious or unusual about them selling their home TEN MONTHS after John O’Keefe passed away and to continue to make this seem like criminal behavior is ludicrous. Kenneth Kinsey, Joseph Scott Morgan and Mike King all said at the time that the tap on JO vehicle didn’t damage the taillight. Daniel Wolfe from ARCAA and Judson Welcher from Apeture did too. Remember when Adam Lally stated this in court before the first trial? We all know that they were investigating the investigators. The Feds gave their findings to Judge Cannone, The NCDAO and KR Defense Attorneys. Adam Lally was correct when he said the investigation was started by the defense. The investigation is over and the Feds didn’t come to save Karen Read. Does anyone believe that the Feds would let Karen Read go to trial, not once but twice.

If your client took responsibility for John O’Keefe’s death, we wouldn’t be here on X trying to get the truth out. In 2024, they continued to be evasive in an interview with Ted Daniel. It’s now December 2025 and they are still using that talking point by giving vague answers in response to the plaintiffs motion to compel.
