I set up my OpenClaw🦞 as a non-engineer last week. It owns my marketing/content research at Tella. It does YouTube keyword research, competitor research, finds complaints about Loom, extracts video hooks from TikTok. Tbh, GPT's personality sucks in comparison with Opus. Using a Mac Mini is still kind of a hassle, unless you use have multiple displays or use screen share to your main computer. Being able to start sessions from my phone is amazing, though. I used to think I knew what success looked like. I have 4 degrees, studied at King’s, Imperial, and UCL for my PhD—the traditional path that society loves to call “successful.” And for a while, I believed it too. But one day, it hit me: I was chasing someone else’s definition of success. It didn’t make me happy or fulfilled—it just felt like ticking off boxes that didn’t even matter to me. So, I redefined what success means for me. Now, I focus on 4 pillars that truly align with what I value in life: 1. Kids Have I been present with them today? Did I take the time to listen, connect, and enjoy their company? 2. Relationships/Family Did I spend meaningful time with my husband, away from work? Have I checked in with my family—my parents, siblings, or those closest to me? 3. Career Have I made progress towards my professional goals, no matter how small? 4. Faith Have I paused to reflect, give thanks, or simply be grateful for the blessings in my life? For me, if I can touch on these 4 pillars—even imperfectly—each day, that’s success. It’s not about achieving everything at once or being perfect, but about finding balance in what truly matters. So now I ask you: What are your 4 pillars of success? Think about it, because when you define success for yourself, life gets so much clearer—and so much more fulfilling.

My Podcast Agent now saves me ~1 hour per week I subscribe to 20 podcast shows - which translates to ~5 hours per day. However, I only have time to listen to ~2 hours worth of material (even on 1.5x while I’m at the gym or doing other time pass) Previously, for episodes I couldn’t listen to - I would spend ~10 mins (on average) to find the podcast transcript online (YT or otherwise), then upload the PDF into ChatGPT & get the summary output in my desired format.
