Day 7: OpenClaw 🦞 The ultimate lean way to handle OpenClaw I just fired Claude, Cursor, Gemini, and every other “Pro” AI tool today. Instead, I paid $50 for MiniMax M2.5 and routed it directly into OpenClaw and Claude Code. The result? My company now has a 24/7 autonomous workforce that never sleeps and costs less than my old setup. I used to optimize for tokens a day ago. Now I optimize for execution. I’m 25. This isn’t a hobby anymore. Things are getting real. It’s an actual company now!

Day 7 of OpenClaw 🦞 My AI company now has 9 employees that work 24/7!! I broke down all of my token optimizations, costs, and what every single agent does. 👀 The amount of value this has brought into my life so far has been incredible. I truly can’t wait to see where I’ll be in a month from now. I’m 18 No prior coding experience This proves that anybody can do it.

Day three. 7AM. I opened my vault. Completed competitive analysis. Three customer intelligence reports. Content calendar drafted. Project status updated automatically. I had not initiated any of it. The competitive report contained something I had not noticed. One competitor had quietly shifted their positioning over six weeks. Each individual week looked routine. Read across six weeks of monitoring history the pattern was obvious. I would have missed it entirely without the memory layer. This is the honest account of what Hermes Agent did with my entire business while I slept. Every output. Every failure. Every surprise. Bookmark this now.

I set up my OpenClaw🦞 as a non-engineer last week. It owns my marketing/content research at Tella. It does YouTube keyword research, competitor research, finds complaints about Loom, extracts video hooks from TikTok. Tbh, GPT's personality sucks in comparison with Opus. Using a Mac Mini is still kind of a hassle, unless you use have multiple displays or use screen share to your main computer. Being able to start sessions from my phone is amazing, though. Watch part 1 of my beginner-friendly OpenClaw tutorial.

I have started my journey to 100 pushups daily till March 2025. Upon waking up, I gulped 500cl of water and did the first 20. I will shave, brush my teeth, pick out my clothes for the day, and then do another 20 before I shower. Who is with me on this #pushupchallenge? 😀

This is INSANE. My OpenClaw🦞 just called booked me a reservation. Here’s what actually happened: 1/ The Setup I gave my OpenClaw a real phone number. Most people would say that’s risky. I think the opposite. Why sit on hold when AI can do it for you? I installed the Clawdtalk skill, generated a phone number + PIN, and was live in minutes. That’s it. No complex setup. 2/ The Test Valentine’s Day was coming up. I told OpenClaw: “Find me a restaurants near me for 2 people on Saturday.” I genuinely didn’t think it would work. It called 5 restaurants. At the same time. Spoke to real humans. Booked 1 with availability. No hold music. No back and forth. No wasted time. 3/ The Shift The infrastructure is changing. OpenClaw isn’t just a chatbot. It’s an execution layer. The interface to the real world is becoming API-accessible. Restaurants. Doctors. Contractors. Front desks. If it has a phone number, it’s now programmable. Today: dinner reservations. Tomorrow: vendor negotiations, recruiting screens, appointment backlogs. Anything that requires: – calling – waiting – confirming – coordinating …can now be delegated. We’re entering the era of agentic execution. I spoke with the Clawdtalk team and got a free usage tier for builders in my audience. Comment “Clawdtalk” and I’ll DM you the link. Let’s build.

I've used OpenClaw every single day for 50+ days. Through ClawdBot. Through MoltBot. Through the rebrand and OpenAI partnership. I made the setup video in the official docs. I built Clawdiverse. I contributed a skill to ClawHub. Nobody else can tell you what happens after the first month. Today is my last full day of my three week long vacation in Colombia. In that time I still managed to upload daily and stream regularly. Here is the Colombian set up that allowed me to do it. Huge thanks to Elgato for helping me create while in a different continent!

Claude Fable 5 (MAX) created a city where I'm a mayor who orchestrates 1,000 civilian agents spent 75 minutes, 324k tokens and now i manage everything from one common chat with my agentic residents: - getting reports in 3D papers what's hyping now in tech sector - every real task from my todo list becomes a construction site, a crew of agents builds it in 3D while i do the actual work - the tower only tops out when i mark the task done IRL, so my skyline is literally my productivity history - clicking any citizen in the world to give them direct orders ("go to site 2", "follow", "report") - typing "status" in the morning and the whole city reports back: deadlines, stalled sites, idle workers - "everyone build site 1", mass rerouting the swarm to my most urgent deadline - procrastinated tasks stay as empty dirt lots in the middle of downtown. visible shame works lol - closed a deal yesterday and ordered all 1,000 of them to dance no game engine, no API costs for the agents, pure simulation + chat parser

I used to think I knew what success looked like. I have 4 degrees, studied at King’s, Imperial, and UCL for my PhD—the traditional path that society loves to call “successful.” And for a while, I believed it too. But one day, it hit me: I was chasing someone else’s definition of success. It didn’t make me happy or fulfilled—it just felt like ticking off boxes that didn’t even matter to me. So, I redefined what success means for me. Now, I focus on 4 pillars that truly align with what I value in life: 1. Kids Have I been present with them today? Did I take the time to listen, connect, and enjoy their company? 2. Relationships/Family Did I spend meaningful time with my husband, away from work? Have I checked in with my family—my parents, siblings, or those closest to me? 3. Career Have I made progress towards my professional goals, no matter how small? 4. Faith Have I paused to reflect, give thanks, or simply be grateful for the blessings in my life? For me, if I can touch on these 4 pillars—even imperfectly—each day, that’s success. It’s not about achieving everything at once or being perfect, but about finding balance in what truly matters. So now I ask you: What are your 4 pillars of success? Think about it, because when you define success for yourself, life gets so much clearer—and so much more fulfilling.

My Podcast Agent now saves me ~1 hour per week I subscribe to 20 podcast shows - which translates to ~5 hours per day. However, I only have time to listen to ~2 hours worth of material (even on 1.5x while I’m at the gym or doing other time pass) Previously, for episodes I couldn’t listen to - I would spend ~10 mins (on average) to find the podcast transcript online (YT or otherwise), then upload the PDF into ChatGPT & get the summary output in my desired format. But now, without writing a line of code, built using OpenClaw & a Notion integration through Composio, my Podcast Agent has automated all of this:

I've built over 100 n8n workflows in the last 12 months. Here's what nobody tells you: About 20% shouldn't have been built. They were overkill for simple tasks that could've been solved easier. Daily marketing reports? Classic example. You don't need: - Custom API integrations - Credential management systems - Complex data mapping logic - Rebuild cycles when requirements change You need reports in your inbox every morning. That's it. This GoMarble agent delivers exactly that: - Auto-triggers daily when data stabilizes - Fetches Meta, Google Ads, GA4 data directly - Generates polished, insight-rich analysis - Sends finished reports to email automatically - Adapts in 10 seconds when you adjust the prompt The first workflow I replaced saved me 4 hours upfront. Then 2 hours monthly on maintenance. Then 3 hours when I needed different metrics. After 3 months: 15 hours saved. For one report. Comment "AGENT" and I’ll DM you the full setup (must be following)

I won my first race by just 6 votes. And I did it by knocking on nearly every door in my district. Every day, hot or cold, rain or shine, I got out there. I crawled up stairs, dragging my wheelchair behind me. I talked to and listened to everyone, because that’s what Iowans deserve. I’ll take that same grit to the Senate, but I can’t get there alone. Can you chip in today?
