For me the most confusing part of the banning stream yesterday is the idea that 60 card competitive formats should be optimized for casual players rather than enfranchised players. Aren't a huge percentage of casual players playing Commander rather than buying $1k Modern decks?

Love this from Like Richardson. Compete is a habit that players need to work on consistently in practice to be consistent with it in games. Sure some players are inherently more competitive than others, but we all need the competitive reps!

PLAYER DRAFT GUIDE - TALENT HUNT DISCOVERY 5.1 Talent Hunt Discovery will cater for over-23 Pakistani players selected during talent hunt programs. 5.2 A team may nominate up to two such players. Once nominated by the team and approved by the PSL Secretariat, it will be mandatory for the team to pick these players during the draft. 5.3 These players will be selected during the Supplementary round and shall be active members of the squad from the day of the Draft. 5.4 This allowance will only be made for players who have not played competitive domestic cricket and, therefore, are not in a position to be ranked and rated by the National Selection Committee. This includes First Class, List A, T20, Grade 2, U-19 and Inter-District cricket. 5.5 Players inducted as Talent Hunt Discoveries will not be eligible for the same category next year.
