Competitive rank and leaderboard positions do not carry over across platforms and are tracked independently. Stay tuned for more details as the feature rolls out for testing to select players in Season 4.5, beginning Friday, October 10th.

‼️ CHANGES TO QUITTING PENALTIES & COMPENSATION Beginning with the launch of Season 3.5 on Friday, August 8th, players who quit competitive matches will suffer increased penalties including longer bans from competitive play and bigger point deductions. Players who remain and complete games despite a quitting teammate will also now receive points as compensation for their trouble. If a player has quit due to hardware issues outside of their control, they are free to appeal, and the appeal process has been overhauled to help expedite this. Lastly, surrender votes will now require 1 less vote than the number of remaining teammates. #MarvelRivals

Dead by daylight needs a ranked mode - refuting common arguments against it 1. 2v8 proves that queue times do not cause players to quit, ranked players are more likely to wait longer for balanced matches (and play while you wait is perfect for this) 2. Removes most competitive players from casual queues forever, indirectly fixing tunneling and camping for casual players 3. Allows split solo/swf balancing, freeing up space to add handholding in casual AND competitive restrictions in ranked 4. Fixes the lack of endgame content to grind for, all we have right now is p100

Sense of Urgency In Season vs Off Season During the offseason in development, coaches can be a lot more patient with players as they continue to grow in different areas. In Season however, at high school and above, it’s winning time. There is much more of a sense of urgency for players to produce in games. The season is usually a rollercoaster and parents/players need to understand that playing time and minutes may fluctuate based on team needs (especially if you’re not the top 2 or 3 players on a teams.

New Banana Ball Draft Format 👇 1️⃣ Fan Franchise - Fans get the opportunity to franchise three players from Savannah Bananas, The Party Animals, the Firefighters, and the Texas Tailgaters, starting on Wednesday, October 29th and closing on Friday, October 31st. Fan-Franchised players will be announced on November 3rd. 2️⃣ Coach Franchise - The coaches of the Bananas, Party Animals, Firefighters, and Tailgaters will franchise up to 8 additional players from their 2025 rosters. These players will be announced before the draft. 3️⃣ Draft Player Pool will be announced prior to the Draft. Current Banana Ball players who have not been franchised, and some of the most talented and entertaining players from college and pro ball from around the country, will make up the Draft Pool. 4️⃣ The Banana Ball Player Draft Opens on November 13th at 7:00 PM EST for the first five rounds for all six Banana Ball teams. @theindianapolisclowns and @locobeachcoconuts will get two picks in each round to fill their roster of 22 players. The Clowns will have the first pick, followed by the Coconuts. 5️⃣ The Player Draft concludes on November 14th with rounds 6-11 starting at noon EST.
