It’s not a bad idea, but it falls apart because of the DBD player base. People will dodge matches during the loading screen based on the map image.

I’ve thought about that ! But generally speaking, someone who wants to leave will quit the match *during* the game anyway if they see a map they don't like, or they’ll just let themselves die faster. Ultimately, seeing the map beforehand also allows you to adjust your strategy🤔

Honestly this solves two of the biggest problems: -Boring Load screens -Checking teammate perks wasting in-game time The only downside I see is: -Entitled players will quit knowing their teammate perks and/or the map.

Unless they have a disconnection penalty! 😏

I LOVE THIS! Relatable, simple visuals which help your team before the match starts (I always forget to check in menu whilst I’m in game) But the visuals of the maps are perfect fitting for a loading screen! I d love to see this become a reality!! 🩷

@DeadbyDaylight In reality, you don't see the killer from the survivor's perspective to prevent players from quitting before the match starts! As for the killer, they don't see the survivors' perks, except for their items. ✨
