DEAD HEAT (Goldblatt, 1988)

Very cool movie. Surprised you didn't use the obvious clip of Wiliams and the goon shooting each other a hundred times.

Directed better and this could have been a Robocop level contender.

I like when they reanimated the villian just so they could kill him again. Then Treat Williams and Joe Piscipo walk off to have a death day party to celebrate their last hours of reanimation.
