A UNLF militant Gurumayum Sharma is issued Manipur police ID and roaming around imphal in police vehicle and to fringe villages attacking Kuki villages.

Arambai leader is attacking central forces and kuki villages with a bullet proof vehicle looted form police station from last 20 months with looted Insas LMG form police armoury.

A group of PLA and Arambai militants conveniently wears a Manipur police uniform one day and other day with PLA uniforms and are roaming in Imphal valley and attacking villages in hills.

While i do not deny attacks from hills to valley but you should not forget 1). Khamenlok Kuki village -20 Meitei were killed 2). Bongmol Kuki village - 9 PLA(Meitei militants were killed. So your concept of attack coming only from hills only is a farce. Answer to your first question 1). Indian Army was attacked many times and BSF/police was fired upon many times by Meitei groups during this conflict. Just because Sangai express and Imphal times doesn’t highlight an event of particular community doesn’t mean it hasn’t happened. 2). Yes kuki groups have also targeted Army and BSF/police many times resulting in loss of life.
