Has Kirby learned from his coaching mistakes, both from last year and from Saturday? The presser seems to suggest… no. He’s doubled down on his approach that has produced these results. 2. Does the path to success for this team, now and in the future, VERY likely pass through Alabama every single year? It would seem yes. 3. Should this be dismissed as reactionary when it’s been a multi-year conversation regarding a staff with an 87.5% loss rate to your primary antagonist, while not demonstrating learning from those experiences? Those all seem like non-emotional but direct questions that deserve answering. Thanks for your breakdowns, they’re really engaging to watch.

How are we defining explosiveness? We led on 20+ yard plays 7-4, by 6 different guys. We led on 30+ yard plays 3-0. But they meticulously carved us up with short yardage plays. Chunk by chunk they were unstoppable. But we were undoubtedly more explosive

The best thing about this Georgia team is that they’re really young, so they’ll improve as the season goes on.

I gotta disagree with the explosives take. I think the back field did a great job limiting explosives from on the back end. And to all the people saying this defense is “mediocre”. They limited Alabama to 0 points in the second half. I don’t think I’d call that mediocre.
