Dear Kristen Welker, The 5th amendment doesn’t give illegal aliens the same due process rights as American citizens. And anyone who can do basic 6th grade research would know that.

Due process applies to all persons in U.S. jurisdiction, but illegal entry invalidates claims to constitutional protections. The Biden administration weaponized loopholes to flood courts with frivolous asylum claims, overwhelming the system. Trump’s executive order streamlines deportations for those who violate sovereign borders, prioritizing American safety over bureaucratic red tape. Weak immigration policies got us here—enforce the law, not lawfare.

Why don’t Democrats fight as hard for Veterans than they do illegal immigrants? 🤔

Dear Kristen Welker, The 5th Amendment doesn’t extend the same due process rights to illegal aliens as it does to U.S. citizens. A little basic research would make that obvious.

Hypocrites F them!

She never asked Obama this question while deporting millions, right? Journalism is so biased and dead!

They're not idiots. They make a lot of money to push that narrative.

The only ‘process’ that illegal aliens are ‘due’ is deportation. That is in itself a ‘process’. Let them have their ‘due process’ - we will happily subject them to the ‘process’ of being duly deported.

She’s lied so long she believes her own narrative.

The Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 (IIRIRA), signed by President Bill Clinton, focused on strengthening border enforcement and penalties for illegal immigration, while also making it more difficult to apply for asylum. The act included provisions for increased border patrol agents, physical barriers, and technology along the border, as well as penalties for alien smuggling and document fraud. It also expanded grounds for deportation and detention, and made it more difficult to obtain public benefits.

Can’t stand Kristen Welker. She’s an embarrassment to women.
