This should be considered sexual assault. Or at the very least fraud. No one should be pretending to be something they are not when engaging in ANY form of physical intimacy with another individual. You need the consent of someone for that. The reason he didn't tell him he was a man is because he knows he would have been knocked out & rightly so.

I don't understand what mechanism in somebody's brain that doesn't recognize this to be dangerous. I'm not trying to be funny, but you can't put people in these situations and expect them to have some sort of come to Jesus moment about their sexuality. It doesn't work that way. This is why people get hurt. I still need my 1st cup of coffee. Sorry.
