Debbie Abrahams asks the PM to commit to not implementing cuts to welfare before the impact assessments have been done. Starmer refuses to make that commitment.

Cuts to welfare, killing off the vulnerable via the assisted suicide Bill - all goes back to Starmer.

Should Trump and Musk take a wrecking ball to our govt? Senator Warren says they are already doing so.

"I take the point you put to me" but I'm going to disregard it because we've got to push these cuts through quickly before the obvious impact assessment reveals that these cut will literally cost lives!

How can they possibly implement a policy, even formulate a policy&announce it without even consulting disability charities,&knowing all the facts, figures & impact assessments. The only reason you would do that is if you didn’t give a damn what the impact will be! @Debbie_abrahams

A Labour PM quite happy to see thousands of people having their lives decimated is some thing I never thought I would see.

Thank you for trying @Debbie_abrahams

I would love to say that disabled people stand a chance of mitigating the harm done by these 'proposed cuts,' but this guy is a psycho and he is going to go all the way. Labour are dead. If any of their MP's had a backbone they would resign and become independents. Dire times.

Why’s he so desperate to push these cuts through without proper impact assessments? It’s clear he doesn’t care about the damage these cuts will do a,l he wants it to save money and make people suffer

Thanks for asking the question Debbie but sadly for so many people he wasn’t interested

This Keir Starmer?

Starmer, Reeves and Kendall don't care how many disabled and vulnerable people are killed by their welfare cuts. It's social murder, just the same as the 330,000 deaths from Tory Austerity - which Starmer pretended to condemn before he lied his way to Number Ten.

He cares more about saving £5 billion than finding out the impact on disabled people. I hope every disabled person, their families, friends & carers remember this next time they want our votes. @Debbie_abrahams got her answer. Let’s hope she & others vote with their conscience.

While in opposition they did an Impact Assessment on the outcome of cuts to winter fuel payment and it found that it could lead to 4,000 excess deaths among the elderly from cold related illness. Yet the first thing they did when in gov. was to cut WFP. Callous lot.

If he gave a flying shite about the impact he wouldn’t be going anywhere near cuts that run deeper than Tory cuts. It’s farcical for any of them to pretend that he does.

so let's just get this straight, remove around 30-50% of a disabled persons benefit to raise around 5billion or tax 170BILLIONAIRES 1% of their wealth and raise more than 5billion. ? hhmmmm

That's typical extreme Tory Starmer the quicker he is removed from office the better a despicable human being.

I absolutely take the point that you put to me and I don't give a fuck.

Impact assessments will show clearly that this policy will cause deaths and secondly that the consequences will cost councils, NHS, and the govt itself much more than £5 billion. Policy does not work on any level.

What a loathsome man.

Starmer was quick to find £3 billion a year for Ukraine 🤨

They already have information on the impact the cuts will have and he’s still going ahead. He and Reeves want the welfare bill drastically cut and he’s made it clear that’s what he’s doing.

@WOWpetition It’s basically the @UKLabour government knowingly putting the cart before the horse, putting “saving” money before lives, imposing something unreasonable before any impact assessment … Doing things in the wrong order to suit themselves #DisabilityRights #DisabilityBenefits

I'm shocked by Keith's lack of commitment.....said no one ever!

@bane_baldy Starmer is a cunt

@Keir_Starmer would you have made different decisions on this if they would have affected your brother Nick?

Impact assessment needs to be done on how many people who are claiming PIP and working. How many will have to give up work because the lose their Daily Living and their Carer by not getting 4 points on a descriptor. He clearly doesn’t have a clue about PIP or how it works

Oh heavens, he doesn't want an impact assessment. That would only tell him the truth - that clawing away income from people already struggling with chronic ill health or disability will do sweet eff-all to secure them employment. And Truth is not a key concept of Starmer's.

Hard not to remember how much of a Starmer fan @Debbie_abrahams was and how she defended him against criticism 2020-2023 when I was a Labour member in her CLP.

#TelAvivKeith

I truly hope they get a real drubbing in the local elections. I think Labour top brass know they are a 'one and done' govt so will use the rest of the time to enrich themselves and wreak havoc upon the country selling us out to Blackrock et al. At least @Debbie_abrahams tried..

He is a tyrant, and either a very stupid or unfeeling or totally bought tyrant at that.

Time the disabled get the suppose PM "Trying Work" but one problem they already can't work. With No PIP now NO Carer on BASIC or below universal credit made to try look for work with be humiliating for all concerned. Life will be horrendous day by day week by week disastrous

🤢🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Those of us, who are sick and disabled, are to suffer, for Starmer, to try and get, votes from Reform.

Shocking, not interested in waiting, changes are not about supporting people into work. Purely a cost cutting exercise. Demonised disabled people, Labour saying they are the Party of working people. A government who don't represent everyone
