It looks like the shot came from the direction of the suspect, upwards. Theories: 1) An agent fumbles his gun and it falls there, hence they all scream “GUN!” They mean a second gun. The shot is unaided, just random. 2) An agent shot upwards? Seems unlikely. Why would others scream “gun” and run after seeing an agent with a gun? 3) The guy took away the gun? Alex Pretti appears to have had something in his right hand as he fell to the ground. In the first frame, you can see the dark object. Perhaps it was his phone. Perhaps something else. But it clearly was something. We know a gun was recovered. It appears the gun was removed from his back area right before the gunfire began. Did the agent who fired see the gun removed? Did he see the object in Pretti’s right hand? Obviously this all happened quickly, and the agents had to make split-second decisions. One thing is for sure: Pretti never should have run over and interfered with law enforcement. Nobody ever should. When you do, you introduce an unknown amount of variables that can lead to disaster. And why is all of this happening? Because Democrats don’t want to deport illegals. And why don’t Democrats want to deport illegals? Because Democrats use them to cheat in elections and the census. Pretti was a victim of his own bad decision to interfere with law enforcement. But why did he interfere? Because the MSM and Democrat politicians made him think he should. Yes on the videos we have so far. The initial encounter was him filming them. There was no gun being brandished. They jumped out of vehicles to go to try to intimidate him. Unfortunately there's no video yet between then and when they had them on the ground. When they had him on the ground they were pistol whipping him, at first it looked like a baton, but it's actually a gun. They had him down with at least five officers. You got to wait for a second so he tried to stand up they shot him in the back he was motionless after they shot him in the back. Then there were four more shots or more after that unloaded into his body from a posture of standing above him. Not a defensive posture. He's supposedly has a gun. It looks like ICE took something out of a holster. So it's likely that he did have a HOLSTERED GUN in an open carry state that is not a reason to shoot someone to death. He was not brandishing it -- again it was his camera. That was the reason for the initial approach was to intimidate him about his camera. It is perfectly legal to film ice This is out not murder once again. Now there is some sort of speculation on social that a gun was dropped and a bullet went off. That would be the ICE AGENTS who took the gun out of his holster. I'll post some videos for people to see in the order that they happened.
