Multiple bad decisions led to Pretti’s killing. 1️⃣ WHO IS TO BLAME FOR THE SHOTS: The agent in the grey jacket caused the shooting and is responsible for Pretti’s death.... 1) The agent took the gun from Pretti 2) He screamed “GUN” 3) Everyone thought Pretti had a gun, which was wrong. He should have said “I GOT HIS GUN” 4) He accidentally discharged Pretti’s gun. This fits with the claim that a bullet impacted the pavement near Pretti’s front. 5) The agent failed to communicate the misfire 6) Other agents thought Pretti had a gun and heard shots 7) Other agents shot Pretti in what they perceived as self-defence 8) The agents tried to find the gun but couldn’t. This shows they genuinely believed he fired first. → The grey-jacket agent acted irresponsibly and failed to communicate with his colleagues. He caused the deadly confusion. 2️⃣ WHO IS TO BLAME FOR THE ESCALATION: The agents were fighting with the female protesters and started pushing them. It does not look like they gave proper orders, checked IDs or followed any procedure. It just looks like they were annoyed and wanted to shut them up. This seems unnecessary — more like angry, aggressive behaviour. Pretti got caught up in it, clearly visible in the video. He was in the wrong place at the wrong time. 3️⃣ SHOULD YOU CARRY A GUN TO PROTESTS? Carrying a gun to protests is dangerous. It is legal, and Pretti did not confront the agents or act aggressively. does anybody else see a bullet at the time of the first audible shot in this? it looks like it ricochets right off too, almost at the exact angle of repose and relative to the gun. so one agent says "gun", one removes it, and it fires? then other agents hear this and just unload -- which is indefensible. that's why they panic and say "where's the gun" "he has the gun" the gun was fired while it was in the custody of the guy who's running off. they know they fucked up in real time

🇺🇸 FIRST SHOT: It’s tough to see, but I think I found the muzzle flash from the first shot. This makes or breaks the situation. It’s important to know where the first shot came from. It looks like the shot came from the direction of the suspect, upwards. Theories: 1) An agent fumbles his gun and it falls there, hence they all scream “GUN!” They mean a second gun. The shot is unaided, just random. 2) An agent shot upwards? Seems unlikely. Why would others scream “gun” and run after seeing an agent with a gun? 3) The guy took away the gun? But he was on his elbows literally a second before the shot was fired.

Don’t let ideology push you to a conclusion. Look for yourself. PS: Agents of course could have mistaken the phone for a gun after one screamed “GUN! GUN!”

Alex Pretti appears to have had something in his right hand as he fell to the ground. In the first frame, you can see the dark object. Perhaps it was his phone. Perhaps something else. But it clearly was something. We know a gun was recovered. It appears the gun was removed from his back area right before the gunfire began. Did the agent who fired see the gun removed? Did he see the object in Pretti’s right hand? Obviously this all happened quickly, and the agents had to make split-second decisions. One thing is for sure: Pretti never should have run over and interfered with law enforcement. Nobody ever should. When you do, you introduce an unknown amount of variables that can lead to disaster. And why is all of this happening? Because Democrats don’t want to deport illegals. And why don’t Democrats want to deport illegals? Because Democrats use them to cheat in elections and the census. Pretti was a victim of his own bad decision to interfere with law enforcement. But why did he interfere? Because the MSM and Democrat politicians made him think he should. That’s why I’ve been saying we need to start arresting these Democrat politicians for the violence they’ve been inciting. They know what they’re doing. And it’s evil.

This video made by Paramount Tactical - Gary Melton is critical because it seems to show, rather definitively, that many of the agents—possibly all agents except for the one who disarmed Pretti—were completely unaware that Pretti had been disarmed when they fired shots at Pretti. Otherwise, they would not have been shouting, "Where's the gun?" They would have known that their colleague had secured Pretti's firearm.

Yes on the videos we have so far. The initial encounter was him filming them. There was no gun being brandished. They jumped out of vehicles to go to try to intimidate him. Unfortunately there's no video yet between then and when they had them on the ground. When they had him on the ground they were pistol whipping him, at first it looked like a baton, but it's actually a gun. They had him down with at least five officers. You got to wait for a second so he tried to stand up they shot him in the back he was motionless after they shot him in the back. Then there were four more shots or more after that unloaded into his body from a posture of standing above him. Not a defensive posture. He's supposedly has a gun. It looks like ICE took something out of a holster. So it's likely that he did have a HOLSTERED GUN in an open carry state that is not a reason to shoot someone to death. He was not brandishing it -- again it was his camera. That was the reason for the initial approach was to intimidate him about his camera. It is perfectly legal to film ice This is out not murder once again. Now there is some sort of speculation on social that a gun was dropped and a bullet went off. That would be the ICE AGENTS who took the gun out of his holster. I'll post some videos for people to see in the order that they happened.

In the video, as the gun falls to the ground, and is tossed away from the pile of agents, another agent can be heard yelling, “He grabbed your gun. He grabbed your gun.” Except… the video appears to show the exact opposite. The firearm wasn’t in the man’s hands. It had already been thrown away from the struggle. This is exactly why poorly trained agents are so dangerous. The second someone yells, “He’s got the gun,” every officer on the scene has to make a split-second decision, based on that information. If that information is wrong, you’ve just created a situation where someone could be shot because another agent panicked, or falsely identified what happened. We’ve seen this before with Alex Pretti. Federal agents carrying firearms should be trained well enough not to lose control of their weapon… and certainly not to falsely claim the person they’re arresting has it. We’ve now seen multiple videos of agents dropping magazines, firearms, and handling their weapons in ways that raise serious safety concerns. Every time DHS puts poorly trained agents on the street, with the unlimited power to detain people and carry loaded firearms, they are putting the public, bystanders, and even their own agents at risk.
