That's good advice if you know you're guilty of a serious offense. If it's just a minor traffic violation, be nice, cooperative, respectful, and then you might get out of the ticket. Acting like a douche just for a minor offense guarantees that you'll get the ticket.

I mean, especially if you’re guilty lol. If not, I’m gonna have a good conversation with a cop and it’s worked out for me for 30 years. I’m not going to court and paying this attorney because I wanted to intentionally be difficult when I didn’t need to be.

Bad advice. Defense lawyers are notoriously Democrats who lobby for an overcomplicated legal system bc more money for them. Start like this instead... be polite to the police and then they're more likely to let you go with a warning.
