When you hear the cop say “I don’t need consent” and “shut up” when asked what probable cause, that is all the context you need. He also promised the kid he would go to jail and he isn’t even under arrest. Huge lawsuit incoming

Everytime I see this video or clips of it, it gets more and more remarkable how pathetic and small this cop is. Continuing to give law enforcement a bad name. Just pathetic.

There is a solution to this. Make the police union get insurance against claims like this. If the cops lose, the insurance pays out, rather than the taxpayers. I guarantee you, the good cops and the union will start making the few bad apples 'retire' early.
