The problem with Charlie's argument is we have a track record and statistical facts that without DEI black and brown people we're not getting the jobs even if they were the most qualified.

Please show me evidence of that? I want to hire all these brilliant people no one will hire

@D2theM2theH The thing is.... He doesnt have any

@VladTheInflator @D2theM2theH All you gotta do is use google. It’s literally a thing that’s been happening since the early 1900’s. Nobody makes shit like this up

@VladTheInflator @D2theM2theH The only data we have is data that blacks and browns weren’t getting jobs before DEI. There’s no data that has the most qualified blacks and browns getting rejected. Sit down

@DrStepperr @VladTheInflator Simple common sense would tell you under the time were white people were getting jobs overqualified black people that black people were getting rejected. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to understand that you jackass

@ragingbullgogi @DrStepperr Yes, we know how businesses hate money and success

I give it to him. He was smart about debating people who lack the understanding of these concepts to effectively debate. In a sense, Charlie was a DEI debater.

A master

U can see the dei kid staring to understand and get what Charlie was saying

how can you hate on this?

White women benefitted most fron DEI quit using race

That’s not what DEI is. DEI allows minorities that ARE qualified to be considered for a position based on THEIR qualifications. Positions they would have ordinarily NOT even been interviewed , despite having the skills and qualifications.

Sounds good in theory but historically when white people had the opportunity to hire based on merit and qualifications they didn’t do so. Are we just going to ignore why such programs exist in the 1st place? This reverse racism card conservatives pull is actually hilarious lol

Fuck I like him now seems like a lot of things people at mad at were taken out of context @thefactsdude

No. Americas industry initially hired based off race, sex, orientation, religion, etc. DEI and Affirmative Action was created to combat this because many marginalized groups were not included in opportunities they were qualified for or had the right to attend.

Surviving the slave trade we did earn it

Shut up with that shit man our slavery was different everyone knows this chattel slavery brother

Is that T Pain?

his latest jam is awesome

This one always goated for me

So he should wonder if a white women is flying a plane is she qualified. But nah he only wanted to attack the black race

DEI is just another way of saying “reverse discrimination”! Reverse discrimination is still discrimination! Hiring someone because of their gender or race is discrimination. Very simple and logical. Implementing DEI ensures that you no longer hire or promote based on merit and qualifications! DEI discourages people from working hard because it gets you nowhere. That’s the problem! Imagine a professional basketball team, where they stopped focusing on qualifications and hired a bunch of different races, both genders, some overweight, and some short - all in the pursuit of “diversity”! How well do you think that team will perform? Now translate into all of our businesses, non-profits, universities! It cannot end well.

Still white women benefited the most from DEI but he only care about skin color

Him saying first let's find out common ground is so amazing ! Instead of fighting, first let's see where we agree and we can go from there💚 God Bless you Charlie!!! You will truly be missed but I will keep your name alive until I take my last breathe! ✝️🇺🇸

The worst part a white dude smoked him lmfaooo

God Bless America 🇺🇸 ✝️ 🙏🏻

DEI, ESG, critical race theory, woke ideology & sanctuary cities all need to die a terrible death! None of these things improve America! I will also go on to say that those who advocate for socialism should have to move to a socialist country first before they can advocate for it

“Let’s try and find some common ground”

“Let’s try to find some common ground.” Kirk was more of a man than 99% of our population.

and this is what the left wing lunatics considered racist and being a nazi 😂😂

It’s so logical

Another typical Charlie Kirk helping somebody make sense out of something they didn't understand and he does it with Grace

Yes. Exactly!!! They killed this guy for saying this?!

Dei is a way to stop yall hirer your own kind in high positions of power other a corporation would be 98 percent white if not

You saw what he said. That was always his message….finding common ground and then helping others see their value and potential. This is just 1 example of Charlie trying to bridge the gap so others don’t lose sight of their own futures.

Watching these videos really brings home for me what a service Kirk did to actually educate college students. Because these kids are just so damn ignorant it’s truly shocking.

Why is that so bad?

In my many decades I have experienced a lot of unnecessary deaths. Charlie Kirk’s was one of the most disturbing of them all. He is exactly the kind of person we need to create the bridge. Those who do not want that bridge, but instead to destroy our society, celebrate his death.

Charlie Kirk was murdered because he made factual statements that people didn’t want to hear

DEI actually destroys black people because the schools just passes them along until you have a high school graduate who cannot read or do math.

Nice quote from MLK.
