Exactly, I was in during Carters Affirmative Action & saw people promoted by not their ability but by color or if had a Hispanic sounding name 🤬🤬🤬

@j0ker937 I agree. I worked my butt off in college just for that reason. I would be ashamed if someone hired me because they wanted a larger percentage of women.
