👍👍💯

Mothers must now shoulder a duty for which they are ill-suited: Walk away when you see the color of your child's doctor. Your baby's life may depend on your willingness to be rude.

Doctors should be required to display their College GPA, MCAT scores, and Med School GPA in their office or somewhere their patients can easily find it.

@hstupak1 Not surprised. Shameful This is why no one questions the “scientism”

@dark_garbaggio The 3rd leading cause of death overall in America is medical malpractice. That's why their practice insurances are high, which is why they bill so much, which is why OUR insurance goes up. The whole system is broken.

Racing to the bottom. No pun intended

😂

Merit in medicine isn't optional.

We thought the medical field was safe from DEI. It's not. And yes, if your doctor strikes you as someone way too dumb to have passed med school, that may in fact be the case.

DEI is a horrible idea in any field.

This is why all my doctors are over 50 and white.

The entire medical establishment is untrustworthy due to the lies infused into it by the j-e-w world government. Nevertheless, they do a certain small number of things that are actual medicine. But a nonwhite "medical professional" means to just stay away from all of it.

Main problem was that it kept out qualified people to support their equity agenda. Atrocious!

She’s the only that doesn’t know how she go in

I need my doctor’s gpa and MCAT scores from here on out.

Skills save lives, not slogans.

@HartshornFrank Our nationed is so dumbed down with suicidal empathy that people think this is a good thing. Lowering standards to make unqualified people suddenly qualified to be doctors is a guaranteed path to death for many people that otherwise could have been saved. Absolutely insane.

3.9 GPA 33 MCAT (old system, ~90th percentile, she was 37th) I do door-to-door sales and doordash. You know exactly why. It's beyond rage-inducing. If you're going to toss me aside, at least replace me with someone who can DO THE DAMN JOB. I have been fully radicalized.

DEI Doctors...

I certainly don’t want her dumbass working on me or my family

I have posted extensively about this. DEI/AA in medicine used to be rationalized by pretending that the minorities were "just as competent" even if their SAT were 50 points lower...because their life experience perhaps prevented them from preparing or maybe their parents didn't have Harvard vocabulary toilet paper. But it ACTUALLY is admitting people who do not have the tools to be a physician. Like I previously stated, 50% (20/40) of the AA full scholarship and stipend cohort in our med school in 1992 flunked boards part one, 15% of the larger cohort (15/100). The AA cohort was financially supported and tutored to try 2 more times...the rest left on their own to try again. Obviously at the time, faculty tried to funnel these students who passed into cognitively appropriate specialties, with 18 of the 20 encouraged to go into internal medicine/peds/family practice. Where they could do the least damage. The two smart ones went into ortho and optho. NOW (since 2014) this young woman can go into General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Neurosurgery with one rec letter. And the residencies up tier her 2-3x for her characteristics, and she cannot be fired or held back without a lawsuit. Even if she goes into pediatrics, she will be a disaster for her patients. Making...at this point...race a reliable marker of incompetence. Choose wisely.

Makes me scared to go to the doctor

Make it make sense will ya

This will haunt us for years.

I just feel bad for the next generations and when they start receiving even more substandard care. At least we can still go to older doctors for a while longer. AI will take away a lot of these spots in the future anyway most likely

Took 11 years to pay off my schooling fees… 92% average grades.. speak perfect English, yet I was confused why I couldn’t get hired back in 2010… now I know I was only good enough to drive a forklift.

I had a 3.9 GPA, 4 high-impact publications, 511 MCAT, and completed my bachelor's in 3yrs. My resume and interviews were great. I was waitlisted at 9 schools.

DEI brings us down; so down with DEI

People are literally going to die because we have stupid doctors who are only doctors because of their skin color not their intellect. I will only look for East Asian or white male doctors as you know they’re in based solely on their qualifications!

@th64371 Believe it or not being a doctor is hard and the smartest most dedicated people should get in. I am surprised this has to be said.

It shouldn't be allowed in any field.

Can you imagine a bottom of the heap individual performing surgery on you at some point. No, thank you ,,,,,,,
