This “doctor” deserves to be famous for the gross negligence she has shown to patients. Dr Windell Boutte practiced aesthetic surgery and dermatology in Lilburn, Georgia. Icilma Cornelius wanted a “glow up” for her wedding. She had Botox and some fillers but was persuaded to have a tummy tuck and lipo by Dr Boutte. Dr Boutte was only certified in dermatology. Not surgery. During the 8 hour operation, Icilma had a heart attack. Not only could Dr Boutte not handle medical emergencies, some of her staff were not even medically qualified and the elevator was too small to take Icilma’s stretcher. The delays resulted in Icilma suffering brain damage. She became completely dependent on her son who was her full time carer until she died 7 years later. This is not the first such case for Dr Boutte, a doctor who has posted videos of herself with medical instruments in hand, dancing around patients on the operating table. She has had 28 medical malpractice lawsuits, a “record” according to her insurance company.
