PWD proposed to demolish the building and add one storey. Surprisingly, in just one day, the proposal of the PWD was accepted. The remodelling was estimated at Rs 7.61 crore. Indian Railways is silently constructing the world’s highest railway line, much higher than China’s Qinghai–Tibet Railway "The Bhanupli–Bilaspur–Leh railway line" Stretching over 490 km through the Himalayas, the line will feature ~70 tunnels, covering more than 50% of the route length (approximately 260 km). The longest tunnel will be 27 km long. The project will also include 100+ major bridges, with the highest elevation reaching 5,359 meters near Taglang La Pass, the highest point any railway line in the world has ever reached. The project is also estimated to be one of the most expensive in Indian Railways history, currently costing around ₹1.3 lakh crore. Here's another proof of how corrupt and wasteful Nigerian politicians are! The Delta state Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori, organized this multi-million Naira ceremony, as captured in the video, just to announce that he is building a flyover - I mean, an actual ceremony was held to tell the world that the government is constructing an “ordinary flyover.” The flyover, which will be located at Agbor/Uromi junction, is merely 1.3km long and will cost a whopping sum of N59.7 billion (approximately $42 million). Barely a year ago, in 2024, Egypt unveiled a plan to construct a flyover similar to the one Delta state is building, but wider (3 lanes on each side) and arguably will be more aesthetically pleasing. It stretches 1.27km long but costs just about $7.2 million (N10.2 billion). Here in Nigeria, Delta state is expending an outrageous sum of N59.7 billion on a mere 1.3km bridge. How does a flyover of 1.3km cost this exorbitantly? Will it be plated with gold? The only explanation possible is that the imitators and handlers of the project are incurably greedy and corrupt, and their penchant for looting is intrinsic.✍️

Govt claims, the land is no forest nor home to any animals and belongs to the Govt . And Minister for IT Sridhar Babu Duddilla assured in the assembly that no land of the HCU will be touched. Students are fighting against alleged land encroachment in this process. The protesting student say( Verbatim) - "The reality is that the state government is misleading students to think that there is a distinction between University land and government land. In this direction, we have made an effort. Several major companies operating in Delhi will be made partners in this fight. We have signed an MoU with GMR today, under which the stretch from Azad Market to Inderlok has been handed over to them for maintenance, cleaning, and plantation. They have taken up this stretch for 3 years. The work has started...GMR will do this at an expense of Rs 6 Crores. Similarly, MoUs have been signed with different companies. Work on the stretch from Madhuban Chowk to Mukarba Chowk has been handed over to IOCL. We have also handed over works for Chirag Dilli Flyover, Panchsheel Club Flyover, IIT Flyover, Punjabi Bagh and Aurobindo Marg. To IGL, we have handed over the work of Munirka Flyover under CSR. To Vedanta, we have handed over the work of Punjabi Bagh, Ram Mandir side and Shalimar Bagh side on Outer Ring Road side, new Rao Tula Marg Flyover. To Godrej, we have given the work of Netaji Subhash Place Flyover. To Dalmia, we have given the work of Oberoi and Lodhi Road, Mangi Flyover. To DLF, we have given the work of Karampura Flyover. Similarly, Delhi Govt is in talks with several other companies. Through CSR, everyone shares the responsibility to keep Delhi clean...I also appeal to the people of Delhi that by becoming 'paryavaran rakshak' we should all work towards this city. We should share this responsibility, we can car pool and reach our offices...Biomass burning, we can see people seen burning wood or coal, they will have to be stopped. Govt too is taking strict action over this...We have requested Work From Home, they can avail this if they want...Dust mitigation - if we see dust anywhere around us, we should sprinkle water on it and plant saplings..."

Visited the T-Chowk Flyover, Shaheen Chowk Underpass, and Faizabad Interchange Remodeling Project today to review progress and ongoing construction work. All three projects are progressing at a strong pace. Authorities were directed to further improve traffic flow at Faizabad by expanding Loop-1 and Loop-2 to three lanes, and to enhance the overall aesthetics through landscaping and improved lighting. It was instructed that all available resources be utilized to complete these projects at the earliest. Once completed, they will significantly improve traffic flow, reduce congestion, and provide major relief to citizens. The T-Chowk Flyover will also benefit commuters traveling between the twin cities and those coming from Punjab. Key updates: • T-Chowk Flyover is 80% complete and set to open for traffic in early December. • All pile caps and girders have been cast; 75% of retaining walls are complete. • Shaheen Chowk Underpass: 70 girders launched; the remaining will be finalized soon. Ramp-1 and Ramp-2 are fully completed. • Faizabad Interchange: Pile foundations completed; RCC walls finished; asphalt work is underway. These projects will greatly enhance mobility, ease daily commuting, and benefit thousands of citizens every day.

#WATCH | Hyderabad, Telangana | On announcement of Babri Masjid in Hyderabad, President Tahreek Muslim Shabban Mushtaq Malik says, "In view of the 33rd anniversary of the demolition of the Babri Masjid, a routine public meeting was held at the mosque in Hyderabad. At that meeting, we decided that a memorial for the Babri Masjid would be built in Greater Hyderabad, and some welfare institutions would also be built within it. We will soon announce how it will be built and for how long... No one should be bothered by the name of Babur. There was no evidence that any revenue came from Babur's side to build the Babri Masjid in Ayodhya. It's possible that some local person was named Babur, but the BJP and the RSS want to make Babur an issue. Babur's reign was very short... If we look at Tulsidas's Ramayana, it was written 60 years after the construction of the Babri Masjid. There's no mention in that Ramayana that the Ram Temple was demolished... After Babur came Humayun's reign, and after that came Akbar's. There were rituals and prayers in Akbar's palace. Jodha Bai was in Akbar's palace. There were rituals, prayers, and havans... Tulsidas was also alive at that time. During Akbar's period, Tulsidas could have spoken to Akbar. Man Singh was the Chief of the Army at that time. He could have asked him... Such a thing doesn't appear in Tusi Das's Ramayana. So, this is political propaganda to divide the country. The brotherhood that existed between Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, and Dalits has been shattered by this, and the seeds of hatred have been sown." (06.12)
