I think a law should be passed to forbid tips altogether because this is getting out of hand. Employers should learn to pay their employees fair wages and not expect customers to do it.

If you drive for Spark or order from Walmart often, what do you think is actually going on here? A mom of four posted these screenshots of her Walmart delivery driver completely ghosting her. She watched her Walmart driver take her groceries to a random house and sit there. She waited 35 min and texted the driver but no response. Why would the driver do this Is this flat-out theft? 🛒❌ She shared these screenshots after ordering from Walmart. She left a $15 tip, but as soon as the driver picked up the order, the tracking map showed the driver going straight to a private residential house. She made other screenshots, showing the driver sat there for nearly an hour with all of the customer's cold items, completely ignoring messages while the delivery time kept getting pushed back toward midnight. The customer even texted her saying she understands the struggle, but this isn't the way to handle things. It looks like the driver stole the items is this part of another scam taking place?
