Get over it, it’s been YEARS. You were never going to get paid more than you were, because tbh, if you were watching the UFC back in those days, Johnson was labeled a “boring fighter” by like almost universally, and the UFC could never have him main events card by himself. In fact a lot of people were happy when he got traded for Askren who at the time was probably the biggest name outside of the UFC ever. It wasn’t until he left that people started appreciating Johnson’s greatness and really understood what was there.

@MightyMouse @DamonMartin Unfortunately he was in a weak division at the time with mostly non exciting fighters, had the personality of a wet blanket, and didn’t wanna move back up to 135 test himself. Thats why he didn’t get paid more
