Denzel Washington’s epic monologue towards the end of Training Day was largely improvised on set. Director Antoine Fuqua was so blown away by his performance, he says he thinks he "forgot to yell cut”. He explains… “That’s Denzel. He was just in his zone. I mean, that was one of those moment...people talk about AI. Those are the moments where you go...it's a great tool. It's gonna be a great tool, I think...but the emotion, and the moment that an actor can bring - you can't predict that. That's something that's just inside of Denzel. And when that came out, I was just like - I hope I got it. I just turned to my operator - who was shaking- I looked over at the guy - I was like, “please tell me you got that.” Because that was the take. That was it. There was no other take - I mean, how do you tell an actor like that, that that wasn't good enough? …He walked over to me, and he just had this look in his eyes. I was like, “you good?” He said, “you good?” I said, “Yeah…” Some of that was in the script, but he flipped it the way he did it. "Putting cases on all you." He kind of added some things in there. And then he just went into a whole other zone with the whole King Kong thing- with Pelican Bay - Denzel started that. That was Denzel. That was him, man. He just kind of lit up, and I think I forgot to yell cut. I was just watching it, because everybody started walking away, and I'm just watching him, and then he lights a cigarette - and he's talking - and I'm just watching him. I think at some point he probably looked at me like, you going to cut? And I'm like, “oh yeah, yeah, cut.” He was still in it. That's the thing with Denzel. He was so Alonso…I'm just watching him for a while because I didn't know what else he was going to do. It was just so magical. And then I think he looked up at me and I was like, “Okay, cut, cut.”

WILLIAMEST PRESSTOUR #WilliamEstFanconPressTour #Flex1045xWilliamEstFANCON 🎤: so est, if william’s ever angry or sulking, how would you get him to feel better and make up with him? what’s your method? 🦈: i talk to him. because every time he’s like that, i always do. though it’s not that often. but i go talk to him. and i feel like, if we get to talk, he’ll definitely stop sulking because i know him well. but there was this one time he just disappeared. 🎸: when was that? 🦈: at the gym 🎸: oh yes 🦈: yes, there was this time we were working at this building and once we were done, there was this weird tension. and then when work finished, he just disappeared. like, we hadn’t even had a chance to talk. i called, he didn’t pick up. i messaged him, he didn’t reply. and i felt like, okay this time it’s probably serious. probably the most intense he’s ever sulked. really if i count from then till now, that was the biggest one. the most intense. and i felt like it wasn’t something i could just ignore because he had never acted like that before. so i went to find him. i knew where he was. 🎤: how did you know where he was? 🦈: i asked his mom. 🎤: you asked his mom? 🦈: yes. 🎸: but honestly, back then, it was a problem that both of us were facing. i was like i couldn’t handle it anymore. i was starting to feel like i just couldn’t take it anymore. but it was also like, at that time, i told him, “let’s get through this together.” that was something i said. it was at that point like, i was really starting to not be able to handle it anymore and i didn’t know what to do. i just didn’t want to talk to anyone, didn’t want to see anyone at all. at that point, i felt like i was just tired. like i didn’t even know what i wanted in life anymore. i was eating completely zoned out. it was that kind of feeling. i still remember it clearly. i was sitting, eating by the edge somewhere and then this really familiar car drove by. it was p’est’s car. he had driven from the building to the gym to see me 🎤: was the restaurant far from the building? 🎸: umm…not too far. 🦈: about like almost half an hour. but there was traffic that day. 🎤: so you had to push through the traffic too, right? 🎸: and he still got there super fast. 🦈: i was really anxious. really anxious at that time.

Inspired talking about Skewmond and" the best jungler in the west" debate Q: Everyone was talking a lot of Skewmond, and I would like to know about: do you believe like the series put an end to any debate about the best jungler in the West? Inspired: To me, there was never a debate. I knew that I’m always the best, but I think Skewmond is a good player. I wouldn’t say that he had any phenomenal series, though, this tournament. I think he, against T1, he still made a lot of mistakes. When he was stronger, he didn’t really try to fight enemies, and or sometimes just over committed a bit, and I think G2 won against T1 just by waiting for T1 to make mistakes. I think today, I think Skewmond played well in the team fights. I think every time he was on my screen and we’re like skirmishing and team fighting, I think he did a good job. But I think just like team wise, and like how they all played together as a team and use their jungler was wrong. And it’s hard to say, as I always said, that don’t really know who’s there like which jungler is good because you don’t really know what was his idea beyond the game plan, what his teammates wanted to do. But it just seems like they were not connected well enough, and on top of that, as I said, I think the drafts were not that great. So yeah, I think he’s a good player, but I think they need to work more on team synergy in order to actually pressure when they’re strong if they want to be like the best in the world, because I think they definitely can, but need to work a bit more. LINGORM X 3ZAAP #หลิงออมเพียงเธอx3แซ่บ - Sasaeng Orm: There was a case of selling our schedule. When I found out, I was the one who caught it myself. I was shocked. Really shocked. My hands were all shaking. P’Chom: How? Was it like he told someone, “She’s at home now”, “she’s going here or there”, even though it wasn’t part of your official schedule? Orm: It was like “She already left the channel”, “she already entered the channel”, “she’s heading to this place next” with (specific) times. P’Chom: Did you suspect anything before that? Orm: A little. I noticed he had a new smartwatch, smartphone - the latest model, a branded wallet. I was confused because when we first met, he wasn’t like that but I thought he had been working with me for a while, so he had probably just saved up to buy them. So I didn’t suspect at all, until that day, I was changing the destination and he was driving, so I told him to let me do it. I was about to open my own chat, but accidentally saw something else. Orm: But honestly, I was okay, just shocked. Mentally I was totally fine. Once I realized, I immediately told P’Ling. She was the first person I told. I called her right after everything settled down. P’Chom: The moment it crossed the line, what was the most invasive sasaeng experience you’ve had? Orm: Following us home. Ling: Yeah. They followed us to our house or condo. They were able to get inside. P’Chom: You mean like you opened the door and they were right there? Ling: Not that far, (I mean) I saw them when I was entering. P’Chom: Like sitting in the lobby? Ling: Yeah. Not okay. Orm: They knew the name, you know? Let’s say they said they were visiting Mae Koy and the security just let them in. There are more measures now.

“Because I think a lot of people are familiar with you know, pop stars have these alter egos on stage and then they're also a little bit potentially different behind the scenes. Can you talk about what the difference is between those two personas?” ROSÉ: I think, you know, like I started off as, my whole career started as Blackpink and I feel like it was so much fun creating this character on stage because I'm just from like Australia, like in my bedroom, but like it was so much fun creating this like pop star, like character. It was so much fun. And then I think creating my first solo album, it was my discover of like, you know, who am I? And like when I was naming the album, I really thought a lot about it. There was like options like, you know, number one girl. And then a lot of people did like, what about Rosie? And at first I was like, it seems a bit like narcissistic. I'm not sure. And then it slowly grew on me. And then, you know, just the idea of it being Rosie because Rosé has been such a big part of my life. And that's what we present ourselves as Blackpink, Blackpink Rosé. And I felt like this was very opposite. And so I noticed that it was closer to kind of introducing a different version of me, like because it combined all the stories I would talk about with my friends and family. And they call me Rosie at home. And of course, the online name that the company had made for me from at the beginning of Blackpink, I remember when it happened was like the day before they released my picture, profile picture, they were like, Rosé. And like the name got announced.
