The conversation actually can’t be this simple. When something is easy, or simple, humans by nature grow to take advantage of it. You would think oh “just raise the pay then” well no. Because even that, when humans realize how easy they can have their way, they take advantage of that too. It’s a looping loss. Most people only ever see the surface psychology on the matter, the simplistic view empathetic view of oh just give him more money. From a business standpoint you have to see the true snowball effect.
