Democrats have resorted to using Alaska Native Vietnam veterans as leverage. They blocked Sen. Dan Sullivan’s bipartisan, unanimously passed bill that would deliver the allotments these veterans earned so they can bundle popular bills with unpopular ones to force a larger package through.
