Here’s a quick update from in between votes tonight: Senate Republicans passed 3 appropriations bills, including one that supports our veterans and troops, and we’re going to continue confirming POTUS’ nominees so they can get to work on behalf of the American people.

We need to fund our mass transit system – because mass transit helps our seniors, supports people going to work, and keeps our economy moving. I proposed historic investments in mass transit, including funding for SEPTA and Pittsburgh Regional Transit – and the House passed that funding.
