It has absolutely been more accessible. The uninsured rate in the US decreased from 14.4% before the ACA to 7.7% in 2023. Over 200,000 Louisianans have ACA coverage. Another 750,000 have Medicaid. Your state is highly reliant on federally subsidized medical care, and you want to watch them lose coverage or have their premiums more than double. You are a terrible Senator.

Obama repeatedly offered to work with Republicans in Congress to fix the flaws in the ACA & Republicans refused because it would help Obama & Democrats politically. So don't try to bullshit the gullible dumbfucks who elected you that actually care more about them than your party.

My friend's sister was paying 30K a year for health insurance (she had preexisting conditions) before the ACA was passed, she quickly reached the cap for coverage, and had to divest herself of her assets to qualify for Medicaid, she died before the ACA passed, and she lost her house--are you saying that is a better system John? Are you claiming that premiums weren't skyrocketing before the ACA or that having millions of uninsured Americans wasn't acting as a boat anchor on the economy?
