Demons reject the order of God every chance they get. So certainly they reject his creation of the sexes.

I would push back a little bit in that there are no female angels or demons mentioned in the Bible

It's easy to see when you notice how intently they target children. What better in the eyes of a demon than to corrupt what is so pure.
