Personligt er det en gåde for mig, hvorfor DK ikke købte Gripen. 33-50% af prisen for F35, meget billigere i drift og en meget bedre egnet "Guerilla" kriger end F-35. Har set F35 og GRIPEN stå sammen til flyudstilling. Som at se en flodhest og Puma sammen til en dyreudstilling.

Why do you think the UK, Japan & Italy are building their own fighter jet (GCAP). Japan in particular wants no interference over what sovereign acts it can and can't do.

Nice jet. If Denmark were attacked as a NATO country of course Denmark would bomb the attacker. Ukraine is not in NATO. And all of NATO isn't happy going to war with Russia. Nothing hard to understand. Maybe unfair? Much debated. But very different.

These restrictions are going to affect the US militairy sales in the future as more and more countries start to see this problem. Europe HAS to become less dependent on US arms, just like Ukraine is doing right now!

Also, try getting any advanced European weapons integrated onto these.

Just as we have weaned ourselves off Russian oil, we need to now wean ourselves off US military tech. Europe (including the UK and Ukraine) needs to get back to what it’s good at.

Two things. (1) Denmark has decommissioned its entire F-16 fleet to send to Argentina and Ukraine. So a moot point if it were one. (2) Second, a round trip to the closest spot in Russia NOT counting Kaliningrad (1,300 km round trip) is easily within range. Round trip from Copenhagen: 🔶St. Petersburg is 2,300 km 🔶Moscow is 3,000 km 🔶Smolensk is 2,500 km 🔶all of Belarus (not a friendly) <= 2,600 km The F-16 has a range of 3,200 km.

1) Develop you own next time with your own aerospace industry 2) Don’t ask for our kids to come help on the ground in your country….. again 3) BTW….. they would come help…. AGAIN 4) We already know you have nothing to offer us in return
