Denver City Council’s airport concession agreements and pricing ordinances were updated in 2021 to use a defined “street pricing” comparison formula, not all markups above 15% automatically constitute a violation under the contract standard. Has DEN or the city auditor confirmed which benchmark set and time window were used for the comparison, and have any formal enforcement actions or breach notices been issued yet?

It’s blatant scamming the passengers. My local airport allows people to get a ticket to get through security and eat in the airside restaurants. A glass of wine is $18 and an average tasting chicken Parmesan is $38! 😂😂
