Depression might not be a mental disorder. It could be a biological deficiency. Here’s the science: 90% of serotonin (the mood neurotransmitter) is made in the gut, not the brain. To make serotonin, your body needs to convert tryptophan through a process called methylation. If you can’t methylate properly,... show more

5 Hidden Causes of Depression 1. Deficiencies: vitamins, minerals, enzymes, hormones. 2. Inflammation: localized and systemic. 3. Infections: bacteria, mold, yeast, and even tick bites. 4. Toxicity: mercury, cadmium, plastics and more. 5. Trauma: physical and emotional.

Why magnesium? Because it's integral to 600+ biochemical bodily processes. But most magnesium products are hard to absorb due to their low dosage. Some are only 10% magnesium per dose. 🔥 Wild Mag Complex has 90% elemental magnesium in each serving. 450mg of 500!

I was able to get off the meds through Whole Foods, proper vitamins and exercise. Changed a lot of things just reading these posts and vids from Gary. Man I feel better than ever.

And meanwhile the CDC page called “MTHFR Gene Variant and Folic Acid Facts” says, “You may have heard that if you have a an MTHFR variant, you should avoid folic acid and should take other types of folate, such as 5-MTHF. However, this is not true.” I’m at the point where if the CDC says something, probably the polar opposite is the truth. 😖

So what is the most straight forward way of addressing this?

You would have more of a following if you actually ever answered anyone’s questions.

How can I meet with you? I have been consulting with 10X ordering your products and I have done the genetic gene test but there’s conflicting results and I would like some answers.

Tryptophan gets hydroxylated then decarboxylated. 2 step pathway with 2 separate enzymes. Not sure methylation is the correct term here as no methyl groups are involved.

At no point does methylation occur in this pathway

So what to do?

Gary Sir With these VIDEOS , pls also Advise the RIGHT VITAMINS as well 🙏🙏🙏🙏 I beg you
