If there’s a repossession order it’s not her vehicle. It’s the banks window that got broken.

This is bullshit and I don't care if the lady is wrong or not. This is a civil matter, law enforcement should NOT be involved AT ALL. When did local law enforcement start working as agents of the car finance companies. DAFUQ

I don’t think they can do that. A repossession is a civil matter. Not criminal. The bank doesn’t need helper cops.

It’s illegal in most jurisdictions for police to actively participate in vehicle repossession. Dolton IL got sued yrs ago over something similar
