Not really, some components here and there but i believe in start from scratch. Cabinet had few designs iterations, i take a lot of inspiration from X posts

The logic seems like Jacks Buzz agent/slack replacement, but it’s interesting the sidebar morphs into the hierarchy that represents the project, or what the agents build. Is Cabinet based off the same codebase?
