Its great to watch you scramble to catch up after recognizing you've squandered one of the best technological leads in history. Copilot has been an absolute disaster and tragedy of a product introduction. I dont know anyone that used it early with a good experience which now has led to overall hesitation to even try it again the experience was so bad. Everything i built with it broke within hours or days.

That frontier model just appeared for me yesterday morning and invited me to click and play around. Two days later I have massively restructured our workflows to great benefit to our business. This is amazing. There's now such a thing as the Bowyer operating system, thanks to you. I love the Microsoft approach: don't pace the innovation, accelerate the innovation, just pace the releases. Don't ship until it's done like with pretty much every other product.

@MSFTCopilot home, code and autopilot in one sidebar is basically microsoft admitting people want three different things from AI at work. the one that matters for enterprises is autopilot, and the real question is how granular the approval controls are before it touches outlook or sharepoint.
