Congratulations to Spice 👸🏾🇯🇲 🌋 on having an awesome year. From having her music debut in Netflix twice. Siting with Forbes “New Money” to discuss generational wealth. Being the keynote speaker at FLOW Jamaica business conference “InKnowvation 2023.” A continuation of Flow Business’ ongoing support to Jamaica’s (MSME) business sector. Gracing the covers of Dazed, alongside ‏ً, @rosalia. Dominating Spotify global chart, as the ONLY Jamaican female to make the top 10 most streamed dancehall albums and songs of 2023. Winning “Female Artist of the Year” at caribbeanmusicawards 2023. Extending her record as the most streamed Jamaican female on YouTube Music Global for two years consecutively. Having her Grammy nominated debut album “10”, surpass 270M streams across all credits on Spotify. Becoming the first Jamaican-born female to reach 1 billion views across all credits on YouTube. I can go on and on. Hats off to you Queen, on navigating the many roles you play and different hats you wear. You had an excuse to sit the rest of year out but came back and WORKED. You are an inspiration to many. You’ve managed to dominate in a male dominated industry, not only as a female but as a indie artist. We don’t take you or the sacrifices you make to ensure the world continues to put respect on dancehall and brand Jamaica. I have no doubt that 2024 will greater 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Here are Russia's brand new 2S43 Malva 152mm self-propelled wheeled artillery guns on the way to the front lines along with 9K512 Uragan-1M MLRS. Actual State of the Russian military in 2026: - 680,000 troops occupy Ukraine. - Ground forces doubled from 2022 to nearly 600,000, despite losing 1.3 million. - 1.3 million active duty troops (up 44% since 2022). - 70-85 Iskander and Kinzhal ballistic missiles per month. Was 3/month in 2022. - 120–170 cruise missiles per month. - Shells/munitions production: 7 million artillery, mortar, tank/IFV, and MLRS rounds in 2025 (17× pre-invasion 2021 level of 400,000). - 7 million FPV drones/year. - 150,000 strike drones/year, boosting to 360,000/year. That's Shaheds, etc. - 21,000 armored vehicles (tanks + IFVs + APCs/ACVs) in active inventory, exceeding pre-2022 levels. Despite ~16,000 losses since Feb 2022. STOP SAYING THAT RUSSIA DOESN'T HAVE THE MILITARY TO WAGE WAR BEYOND UKRAINE. EUROPE MUST MOBILIZE FOR WAR IF IT HOPES TO PREVENT A LARGER WAR.

What happens when you stop your SIP during a bear market just because the portfolio XIRR is looking low. We analysed real SIP data from October 2017 to November 2025 — eight years, three equity funds, ₹10,000 SIP each month. And when you look at this period, you see one clear truth: markets will keep testing you, but SIPs reward those who stay consistent. 2018 had LTCG tax, the NBFC crisis, and global tensions — the first dip. 2019 was a slow, grinding year where confidence fell. 2020 brought the Covid crash — the steepest fall on the chart. 2021 had another wobble with the second Covid wave. 2022 came with inflation, rate hikes, and the Russia–Ukraine war. 2023 saw volatility from global yields, corporate news, and FII selling. 2024 had healthy corrections because valuations were high. 2025 faced growth worries and foreign selling, leading to a long drawdown. Through all this, XIRR jumped up and down in the early years. This is where most people panic and doubt their SIPs. But SIPs were never meant to perform in 6–12 months. As more instalments go in and more cycles get absorbed, the impact of any single crash reduces. When you zoom out, the long-term returns become strong and stable. Short-term noise means nothing. Long-term compounding means everything. Stay consistent — that’s how wealth is built.

2026 Guardians draft pick Jake Bean began his VIP journey with us as a sophomore in HS. Below are our coaching notes from each year taken at the initial VIP evaluation. Jake Bean’s eval notes, 2020 → 2023: 2020 (10th) • “GET BACK TO A ¾ SLOT RIGHT NOW. DON’T LET ANYONE CHANGE THIS.” • FB sat 80 — stop cutting it • Changeup already a plus pitch at a young age 2021 (11th) • +8 mph on the fastball in one year • “Smooth and quick down the mound with long, loose arms” 2022 (12th) • Cruised 90 at sub max effort in his pen • “There is a reason he can throw the baseball so hard… very smooth and efficient mechanics” • Shifted to pitch design: slider (-7.5 HB) into the mid-80s, changeup built for Kent State On top of this, he excelled on the basketball court and worked his pitching training in around basketball each year. He then continued to develop at Kent State and Louisville⚾ It’s awesome looking back at these notes and seeing the focus shift each year.

Is it true the CDC's public data on heart attacks STOPS at 2019? It's now 2026. How long do you think it will take for them to publish heart attack data from 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025? The CDC redacted a 148 page document looking into the impact of mRNA on Myocarditis. The CDC, NIH and the FDA were actively involved in a cover up if this practice of redaction continues. How will we ever get to the truth about what’s happened in the last 6 years and what that tells us about these sets of institutions and how they behave when they face dissent or any threat to their authority? Since when did government get permission to redact documents from the public eye when WE pay their salaries?! What were they trying to hide from all of us?!

A man was caught on video in his car, frantically calling his credit card company to dispute a $2,000+ Louis Vuitton bag he had just bought in Manhattan, all while claiming he was in Brooklyn in an attempt to get an immediate fraudulent chargeback. The clip underscores a rising issue, with chargeback abuse costing U.S. retailers $100 billion a year, according to a 2023 LexisNexis report. Most of these attempts end with account bans rather than refunds.

Illegal sewage outfalls are a major issue on the River Roding, as they are around much of the country. The EA has not brought any prosecutions for illegal sewage discharges on the Roding this century. In 2022, I discovered an illegal sewage outfall on the Aldersbrook discharging raw shit into the river. I reported it to the EA, who did absolutely nothing. I then had to campaign in my spare time for 3 years to get the outfall fixed, attending meetings with the council & Thames Water & dealing with journalists. Eventually, the campaign worked & Thames Water spent £1 million fixing the outfall. Subsequently, I realised that the EA had no idea where all the illegal sewage outfalls on the river were, or which were most harmful. I therefore went out on the river myself with a bucket, in a pair of waders to find & analyse all the illegal outfalls on the river. I found dozens of them, spilling over a billion litres of raw sewage illegally into the river every year. I have given the exact locations of all the illegal outfalls to the EA & they’ve done sweet FA. Raw sewage continues to pour into the river illegally & unchecked every minute of every day of the year, & parts of the river are now ecologically dead, as well as having e-coli levels more than 250 times the safe limit.

Austin Wells is historically bad. His 37 wRC+ on the year is dead last in all of baseball. [Min 190 PA] That 37 wRC+ is actually the fifth-worst since 2022, when the National League did away with the DH. Being better than 2024 Tim Anderson, with his 28 wRC+, is about the only thing Wells can flex this season. One of my takes earlier in the year was that the Yankees should keep Wells in the fold, mainly for his defense. Making sweeping changes mid-season could hurt the pitching staff, and that was one of the strengths. Wells is SO bad that this notion no longer matters. He needs to go because quite literally any warm body is an upgrade at this point. Wells is being outplayed by Max Schuemann, who was cut by the Athletics last year. The Astros won a World Series with Martin Maldonado in there, but even he wasn't this awful. If you doubled Wells' wRC+ this year, it only slightly eclipses Maldanado's from 2022. He had a 71 wRC+. This is where the Yankees are at with Wells. The fact is, this has gone on long enough.
