Despite not having a Switch 2 version, Frontiers’ issues with how its resolution would absolutely tank in certain areas on the original Switch is basically nonexistent now. Most of the other cutbacks the Switch version makes are still present, but it definitely still helps a lot

Still don't know why they didn't just make a switch 2 update for it too

Box, dodge, and squat your way through PowerBeatsVR - Now 40% OFF on Meta Quest for a limited time 🔥

I want to see the large Metal Structure housing a hidden Koco in the original Ouranos Island. I remember the framerate tanking HARD from trying to pole jump and platform it.

Here it is There’s maybe a couple dropped frames here and there when going down into the cylinder, but other than that it’s basically perfect; no resolution dips or anything

Can you try the big pulley that brings you to the Elder Koco in Final Horizons? That used to drop BIG time. I'm sure it won't be a huge difference, but it could be interesting

Here you go, also with me running to it Not a frame or resolution drop in sight

I kinda hope they’ll develop an update or smth, but it’s not the end of the world if it doesn’t, it is old and with a new one on the horizon not surprised

The resolution is consistent? Because in the original switch I think it had DLSS and sometimes the resolution dropped even more

Where’s the pop in???

i can't wait till this console gets mods so i can unlock the FPS

I really hope Frontiers 2 (or whatever it’s called) will just stay on current gen hardware. Optimizing for cross gen may cause more problems than it’s worth
