We were never fully satisfied with the animated components available outside. Some looked good but were hard to customize. Some were easy to use but felt too basic. So 2 months ago, we started building our own. It started as a Framer component library. Then we expanded it to Next.js and MCP, so people can use it with code and AI builders too. Now we’re finally launching the beta on July 2, 11 AM IST. Only for the first 500 users. If you’re building animated websites, this will save you a lot of time. And I think you’re going to love this.

First fully ML-framework-free 3D Gaussian Splatting implementation in LichtFeld Studio. I’ve completed the migration of the full training pipeline to a custom CUDA-based tensor library. No PyTorch, no LibTorch, no autograd. Every gradient is implemented by hand, either through CUDA kernels or minimal abstractions on top. This makes it the first full training setup for 3D Gaussian Splatting with zero dependencies on existing ML frameworks. It’s not just about independence, it's about control! We now manage every byte of GPU memory, which opens the door to tighter optimization and finer performance tuning. The framework footprint is minimal, without pulling in gigabytes of ML runtime code that was never designed for real-time or graphics-driven applications. A few modules, such as the metrics and 3DGUT interfaces, are still being ported, and some operations are temporarily naïve, so performance is not yet on par with master. But this refactor lays the groundwork for: - A fully self-contained binary - Fine-grained memory optimization - Easier experimentation without the weight of an ML stack We’re getting close.

Stop bridging. Just use Beacon. We know most don’t want to hear this but when you bridge, you’re taking a risk. Not because of the yield or trade ahead, but because of the infrastructure you rely on to get there. You give up control of your asset & open the door to exploits and drains. Beacon changes that. Cross-chain movement without bridge risk, your funds stay in your contract, under your control, while agents handle execution. Why bridge when you can just use Beacon.

Founders can develop marketing leverage by building a viral or network effects strategy or… by partnering with larger companies who have great distribution themselves and trying to reach through to the end customer with premium offerings. Companies that build their distribution by coming in at a lower than market price should follow up with higher margin products or they will find themselves in a competition that we call “a race to the bottom.” It is mission critical for startups to work to build distribution and market share, but they need to then provide something that their customers can’t live without, and charge enough for it to support the continued distribution strategy. Startup founders: Look at every customer as a long-term partner, because you want your business to be a long-term survivor. Look at every supplier as a long-term partner and make sure they are healthy. Look at every employee as a long-term partner. You want them to grow with you and with the business.
