Drive a truck for a living. When truck was in shop , I found a hidden cemetery and a trail . Found wildflowers, wild blackberries . It was electrifying. It soothed my mind. Nature has the energy we need !!

I live in NYC and can relate. I visited a rural part of PA a while back, and the difference in my mood and energy was literal night and day. In NYC, I'm often irritable and easily frustrated, but out there I felt "normal". Hard to explain but it was great.

The plastic shoes stop you from grounding your body properly. Walk barefoot or use grounding shoes. Or at least some barefoot walking shoes with high-quality natural rubber shoe soles.
