We used to run it vs under center double wing, wish bone option teams. Great v the run as well.

How to Get Inverted (Backwards) Hot Routes on Your Tight End For certain tight end routes like the Stick Nod, you can use motion to get INVERTED hot routes, meaning hot routes that are backwards from how they are supposed to run. This works best in formations like Gun Trips TE and Gun Bunch TE where the tight end is on the outside of the formation. The inverted Stick Nod route can be especially tricky because not only does it COOK man coverage, but it also gets into a super unique spot vs zone coverage as well. Your opponent isn't going to see this one coming!

Disguises well as Cover 1 or 2 High Bracket. - Take pressure off CBs if they're not great at playing the deep ball. - Take pressure off defenders vs slot receivers in match coverage.

The outnumber the puck down low to create the turnover and then BOOM watch how fast they go north once they get the puck. This is a phenomenal identity clip to show your team if you want to be a team that's dangerous in transition. Great job!!
