Force feedback demo Force feedback is when joystick is pushing on your hand when something is pushing on the robot arm. Feeling the force - so much helpful to control the robot, that done well it allows you to do tasks even without visual feed. You can make an experiment: close your eyes - you can easily get the headphones out of the case. Also, visual information is often not enough. For example, you're trying to pull out a usb connector, but you pull it at the wrong angle, causing it to get stuck. Visually, nothing changes, but the pressure is intense and you can break the connector. Surgical robots have been using force feedback for years, and there are also 3D styluses which use this feature, proving that the technology works and is useful. But in modern robots with AI, it's hardly ever implemented. Although it's useful for both teleoperation and AI model. That's one of the reasons why we are building our robotic arms starting with off the shelf motors rather than taking the whole off the shelf arm. There are still a range of easy wins that can be made iterating robot hardware.

I recently said that every misogynist is a potential rapist. That was very shocking to hear for many people and they got offended. Because apparently we need to protect the rights of misogynists and should make sure no one thinks badly of them. We’ll hunt her like a witch because how dare she talk negatively of our dearest misogynists 🥺 Because in a patriarchal world, a woman talking badly about misogynists is more insulting than misogyny existing. First we will tell the woman she is overreacting and when she gives proof for her statement we will say it is her fault she is getting such messages. My comment sections will always be proof of the fact that we need more loud and angry feminists in India. Anyway, I stand by every word I said. $Sulwe means ‘morning star’ in the Luo language. The name has special significance for our Umani Springs Head Keeper, Philip, who is of the Luo tribe. He has been by Sulwe's mother's side - an orphan named Sonje - since her earliest days with us, when she was recovering from a fractured leg. Now, with the other Umani Keepers, he gets to be the honorary grandfather to her daughter. For us, Sulwe is our guiding star too. A reminder that for every orphan we save, whole family trees can branch out. As our elephant family continues to grow, meet Philip and our Keepers’ other grandchildren - there's 92 of them!$

Not a change, but I've had a TON of folks asking if this is getting changed from June 10. This is a ball hit by Mookie Betts of the Los Angeles Dodgers and it was ruled an error on Jake Mangum of the Pittsburgh Pirates. The only thing I can think of is that Mookie didn't appeal, because this is a base hit, it's always been a base hit, and it will continue to be a base hit. Except on this one play. There is no way a sliding attempt like this is an error. I know Mangum broke the wrong way, but that doesn't factor it ... it's the catch, the physical catch, and there is ZERO CHANCE this is ordinary effort. I know we talk changes here, but this non-change is the most confounding one for me since Aaron Judge's first career walk-off hit, which was the most obvious fielder's choice of all time, but because it was the last play of the season, it didn't get appealed or changed.

im sorry but this is a very good example why detailed, full of context leaks from “extras” and randos on set are fake or full of shit in 99% of cases… if an actor cant place a scene based on dialogue, I promise you an extra that saw 30 seconds of a scene (if) can’t draw context from it and tell you what is going on in the episode/season/with characters. you can get: outfits, maybe a line or two if they even manage to hear it and actually remember it, what they THINK is going on and if they’re composed enough to pay attention to a clapperboard and ADs, maybe an episode and a scene number (that is usually not the case tho)

This breeding process continues over generations to produce ball pythons with a white color. You can see that the mother has more pattern on it than the daughter. The offspring of this daughter will most likely be white throughout. So, this is a designer snake....you won't find it naturally.
