Bellermaine Mugabe and Tobias Mugabe Matonhodze will formally apply for bail on Thursday. Their bail application was meant to be heard today, but because of outstanding matters and issues it’s been moved to Thursday. The two are facing three chargers, attempted murder, defeating the ends of justice & pointing a firearm. A 23-year old believed to be an employee at the Mugabe house was shot and wounded after an alleged altercation. Bail Hearing for Joe "Ferrari" Sibanyoni Postponed to Monday The bail application of controversial businessman Joe "Ferrari" Sibanyoni and three co-accused has been postponed to Monday after lawyers pushed for the hearing to continue late into the night at the Kwaggafontein Magistrate's Court on Friday. Sibanyoni's legal team argued that the matter should proceed without delay, citing the prosecutor's late arrival at around 11am. They contended it would be unfair for the accused to remain in custody over the weekend if the hearing could not be completed. Sibanyoni is applying for bail alongside his alleged right-hand man Bafana Sindane, Daniel Msiza, and Philemon Makhaya. The four are facing charges of extortion and two counts of money laundering linked to allegations that more than R2.2 million in "protection fees" was demanded from a businessman between 2022 and 2025.
