If you're wondering how Aidan Kearney could go after an 86 year old Holocaust survivor unprovoked and call her story "fake", it's because he is completely devoid of empathy and compassion. He had zero problems filming the meltdown of his own toddler son when the boy was missing his mom and sharing it with people. Zero problem taunting the child. Zero problem making fun of his own son. The level of cruelty this act takes is unreal. Every child has meltdowns. But I can assure you, very few fathers would use their developing child's worst moments as content. Appalling.

Through actions entirely of his own accord, Kearney was the subject of a restraining order in 2024. The O'Keefes and friends attended a hearing early that year. With them was Lindsey Gaetani who was the person who had pursued the restraining order. Kearney was forced to leave the hearing or face the consequences of violating the order. It was entirely on Kearney and his own actions whether or not he 1. violated the order and 2. whether or not those actions would send him to jail yet again. Also on Monday, the state revealed that 6,000 pages of discovery have been provided to Kearney's team. Protective orders related to the material will remain in force for at least two weeks, although Kearney is asking to lift some of those orders related to Michael Proctor, Jen McCabe and Kate Peter. A protective order related to a leaked copy of Lindsey Gaetani's phone. Brian Tully turned over a full copy of that phone to Kearney's lawyers unredacted, including pictures of Lindsey giving birth, yet for some reason (while the phone was in the possession of the State Police) messages from Tully to Lindsey, and from Kate Peter to Lindsey, were removed from the extraction of Lindsey's phone before that extraction was handed over to Kearney. Why Tully removed those messages, yet turned over naked pictures of Lindsey giving birth to Kearney (on 4/24/24, just days before the first Read trial began), is unclear. While the truth of this statement will be tested in civil depositions and testimony, it does fit with the pattern Kearney has previously alluded to in other live shows. According to Kearney, on 4/20/2023, he had a phone conversation with Read's attorneys who "alerted" him to the federal investigation. We have confirmed through phone records that there was indeed a 16 minute call between Kearney and a phone number belonging to David Yannetti. We have further confirmed that Kearney recorded this conversation as he sent the recording to at least 4 other individuals that day. After the recorded phone call, on that same day, Kearney published a blog about the federal investigation which Alan Jackson would later use to announce in oral arguments during the May 3, 2023 pretrial hearing that a federal investigation was open and active.
