🚨 DHS lied again.🚨 They claimed ICE agents only used force after a driver on Chicago’s Southeast Side tried to flee and rammed into their vehicle. But security footage tells a different story. 🚨BREAKING: A new video shows DHS lied, again, about an ICE shooting. Yesterday, ICE reportedly told police that a man “weaponized” his vehicle by “ramming” into an ICE sedan, forcing an agent to fire his gun during an operation in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Except… that’s not what the video shows. In the video, an ICE agent rushes the driver’s window with his gun drawn. The agent recklessly waves his gun around, and appears to order the driver to roll down the window. That’s an extreme use of force from the very beginning. Another agent approaches the car, and moments later, they violently smash the driver’s window. And notice how the driver doesn’t try to flee until ICE violently escalates everything. He drives around the ICE vehicle, makes it into the street… not hitting a single ICE agent, or vehicle. Then, AFTER the car is already past every agent, and driving away, an ICE agent opens fire. The law is pretty clear… officers may only use deadly force, against a fleeing person, if they have probable cause to believe that person poses an immediate threat of death, or serious physical injury to the officer, or others. So, where was the immediate threat? The car had already passed the agents… and was driving AWAY. ICE also claimed Lara-Hernandez had a criminal history of assault, and that this was a targeted enforcement operation. Yet, publicly available court records reportedly do not show any active warrants. Federal agents don’t get to point guns at people without legal justification. They don’t get to fire at a vehicle after the immediate threat has passed. And they don’t get to lie to police about what happened. So, when are we going to start holding these agents accountable?

🚨BREAKING: New video footage shows ICE agents shooting a man trying to drive away, in Patterson, California… Proving DHS lied AGAIN. In the video, the driver is clearly reversing to get out of a boxed‑in spot. He backs up and accidentally hits an unmarked agent vehicle parked behind him… Not ramming anyone. Not charging an agent. Just trying to get away. That’s when the agents step in front of the car with guns drawn. The driver tries to turn and drive off, and this is when you can see at least one agent open fire. At no point does the driver attempt to strike an ICE agent. At no point is there any credible threat of him “trying to run an officer over.” The agents are not running away, not avoiding the car, not afraid for their lives… they’re standing in front of the car and firing into it. This directly contradicts DHS’s claim that “as officers approached the car, the wanted gang member weaponized his vehicle in an attempt to run an officer over” and that they fired only because they were in danger. And this is tragically familiar. This isn’t a split‑second judgment call or a disagreement over technique… This is a pattern: ICE agents opening fire on a person trying to flee. And every time footage comes out, the DHS narrative unravels. Every. Single. Time. Remember that next time someone tells you these shootings are “justified,” or that these agencies are being transparent. The video doesn’t lie… but they sure do.

🚨BREAKING: An ICE agent was just caught on video violently shoving a TEENAGER to the ground, in a Chicago suburb. But it gets worse… In Joliet, IL, ICE agents jumped out of their cars, racially profiled a man, began handcuffing him, and forced him into an unmarked vehicle that had its license plate covered. And they did all of this before even confirming who he was. As U.S. citizens began recording the incident, ICE agents started forcing them farther back, even though they were not interfering with the arrest. One of the agents looked at a teenager, who was just standing there and filming, and said, “Step back a little bit.” The teenager wasn’t interfering. In fact, a woman was standing even closer. And then, without warning, the ICE agent violently shoved the teenager to the ground. Moments later, another ICE agent pulled out a taser and threatened the legal observers, despite them remaining away from the vehicle, and not interfering. And after all of that, about 20 minutes later… ICE released the man they had kidnapped because they realized he was not undocumented. Think about how insane that is… A man was detained, handcuffed, and taken away before ICE even confirmed they had the right person. That’s exactly why the Fourth Amendment exists… to protect people from unreasonable seizures by the government. And then there is the issue of an ICE agent shoving a teenager to the ground… Using significant physical force against someone, especially a teenager, who is not posing an immediate threat, not resisting, and not interfering… is excessive force. Federal agents do not get a free pass to assault teenagers because they are standing nearby. The First Amendment protects the right to record law enforcement in public, and government officials cannot use intimidation, or force, to silence people who are lawfully documenting their actions. This wasn’t just about one man being kidnapped…. It was about everyone standing there. A teenager was thrown to the ground. Legal observers were threatened. U.S. citizens exercising their constitutional rights were intimidated. And an innocent man lost 20 minutes of his freedom because ICE believes they are allowed to kidnap anyone they want. So, why are these ICE agents not being held accountable?

🚨BREAKING: An ICE agent deliberately drives directly at a U.S. citizen, who was standing in a Chicago police parking lot filming… and almost hits them. In the video, a U.S. citizen is standing in a Chicago police parking lot filming ICE agents. The U.S. citizen isn’t attacking anyone, or blocking the agent’s vehicles… They’re standing there with a phone. The agents drive past. Then, the LAST agent turns their vehicle toward the person filming, accelerates directly at them, comes dangerously close to hitting them… and just keeps driving. The First Amendment protects the right to record ICE and other federal agents performing their duties in public. Filming federal agents is a protected activity. Retaliating against someone for exercising that right violates the First Amendment. And Illinois law is even more direct when it comes to vehicles. Illinois law specifically makes it aggravated assault to, without justification, operate a motor vehicle in a way that places another person in reasonable apprehension of being struck by the vehicle. It can also constitute reckless conduct if someone recklessly endangers another person’s safety. Federal agents are not exempt from the law. And this is what happens when federal agents start believing there are no consequences for what they do. First it’s intimidation. Then it’s threats. Then it’s driving vehicles at people. And every time misconduct is ignored, the line gets pushed a little further. The Constitution doesn’t disappear because ICE agents shows up. And a badge is not license to run people over. This agent needs to be identified, investigated, and held accountable.

🚨ICE/Border Patrol agents are once again putting children’s lives in danger. In Indio, California, agents rammed a car that was allegedly trying to drive away, hitting it with such force that the side airbags detonated, while children were strapped into car seats in the back. Let’s be very clear about how extreme this is. Police PIT maneuvers are tightly regulated and only used when a person is suspected of a serious felony and poses an immediate danger to the public. Even then, they’re designed to disable a vehicle at low speeds, not cause crashes or set off airbags. This tactic is considered dangerous and is used as a last resort. ICE and Border Patrol are not following those standards. Agents have repeatedly been caught intentionally trying to hit vehicles, and even people, including individuals with no criminal history and, in some cases, without even verifying who they are, solely because someone tried to leave an encounter they are legally allowed to leave. This time, that recklessness led to a violent impact strong enough to deploy airbags, with children in the car. This isn’t enforcement. It’s negligence with deadly potential. It terrorizes families, destabilizes neighborhoods, and turns everyday community spaces into danger zones. When a federal agency treats fleeing as justification for violence, they aren’t protecting the public, they’re endangering it. And it’s only a matter of time before a child doesn’t survive one of these encounters.

🚨BREAKING: (CHICAGO SUBURBS) ICE agents pulled a GUN, and a TASER, on unarmed U.S. citizens for recording them from a public sidewalk… while threatening, “you aren’t going to like the outcome.” In the video, legal observers are standing on a public sidewalk recording ICE agents. The agents stop, get out of their cars, and approach THEM. One agent has his GUN drawn, another has his TASER drawn. The agents tell the legal observers to stop following them. A U.S. citizen responds: “We aren’t doing anything illegal. It’s totally legal to follow you.” He is correct. The First Amendment protects the right to record law enforcement, and federal agents, carrying out their duties in public. And federal regulations specifically recognize that people can record publicly accessible federal activity from public sidewalks, and streets, when they aren’t impeding or disrupting operations. Then, the agent says: “Stop following us, you aren’t going to like the outcome.” That is a serious First Amendment retaliation issue. And then it gets even more dangerous. The same armed federal agents, who just threatened these people with weapons and retaliation… surround the citizens’ car and claim THEY are blocking traffic. But look at the video. The only people blocking traffic are the ICE agents… who have now boxed in the citizens’ car. Agents cannot detain someone because they don’t like being watched. A vehicle stop requires reasonable suspicion of an actual legal violation. And recording and observing ICE agents, from a public place, is not obstruction. It is not illegal. Government agents are supposed to be accountable to the people… not the other way around. The First Amendment protects your right to watch and record your government. The Fourth Amendment limits the government’s power to stop and detain you. And neither one comes with an ICE exception.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents allegedly hit a man with their vehicle, while on private property, in Oklahoma City… and when the property manager told them to get off the property, they argued with her instead. You can hear the man crying out in pain in the background. She tells ICE they can call an ambulance for him, but they need to leave the property. And she doesn’t back down. Eventually, an ambulance and stretcher arrive. Being an ICE agent does not mean you get to ignore the Constitution. The Fourth Amendment protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures. And that protection applies to everyone in the United States…regardless of immigration status. ICE cannot walk onto private property because they have badges and guns. They need consent, a proper warrant, or a legally recognized exception to enter private areas for enforcement purposes. And if the property manager is telling you to leave, and you don’t have legal authority to remain there, you don’t get to just argue your way into staying. Then there is the person we can literally hear crying in pain. If ICE agents hit someone with a vehicle, we deserve answers. Because this is what happens when federal agents start believing the rules don’t apply to them… They enter private property. They use force. They hurt people. And then they expect everyone to just stand there and accept it because they’re with ICE. Federal agents are not above the law. And the fact that a property manager had to stand there and tell armed federal agents that they need to get off private property… should be absolutely infuriating.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents admit on video that they illegally pulled over a car driving down a street in Minneapolis. In the video, multiple ICE agents are seen surrounding a civilian vehicle with several cars. Both back doors of the vehicle are open as agents stand around it. An ICE agent is heard saying: “We just want to make sure you are good, you were driving like a complete maniac, and the way that you’re acting, we have to verify if you are good, and then we will be out of here.” That statement matters… because ICE does not have general authority to conduct traffic stops. Immigration enforcement agents cannot pull someone over for alleged driving behavior. That power belongs to state and local law enforcement, not federal immigration officers. There is no claim of a specific crime. No explanation of probable cause. No warrant shown. Just ICE agents stopping a car, detaining the occupants, and admitting on camera that they initiated the stop based on how someone was “driving.” That is an unlawful stop. Under the Constitution, law enforcement cannot seize or detain someone without legal authority or probable cause. Blocking a vehicle, surrounding it with agents, opening doors, and questioning occupants is a seizure… and doing so without lawful authority is a violation of the Fourth Amendment. If ICE can pull over random cars, invent a reason, and detain people with no warrant and no authority, then the question isn’t whether this was illegal… It’s how many more unconstitutional stops they’ll get away with before someone gets hurt again.

🚨This is one of the most disturbing ICE brutality videos I’ve seen in a long time… Another angle of this incident shows ICE agents suddenly rushing protesters outside the Newark ICE Facility, then continuously shoving U.S. citizens toward the wheels of a MOVING TRUCK… until an activist’s LEG is run over. And the most disturbing part? The protesters are not charging the agents… The agents are the ones creating the escalation. And not only that, they are forcing civilians backward toward a MOVING VEHICLE, escalating a situation that was not violent until THEY made it violent. That is reckless, dangerous force. So, let’s go over the obvious constitutional violations happening in this video… 1. First Amendment violations, because Americans have the constitutional right to peacefully protest the government. 2. Fourth Amendment violations, because federal agents cannot use excessive or objectively unreasonable force against nonviolent civilians. 3. Fifth Amendment due process concerns, because the government cannot arbitrarily target, intimidate, or assault citizens exercising protected rights. 4. Federal officers can also face liability under 18 U.S. Code § 242 for depriving people of constitutional rights “under color of law.” When armed federal agents create chaos themselves, then use that chaos to justify violence against civilians, that is an abuse of power. Call your representatives. Demand accountability.

🚨BREAKING: In Danbury, Connecticut, multiple ICE agents have a man pinned to the ground… and instead of handcuffing him… they stepped on him, beat him, and then TASED him… causing him to have a SEIZURE. In the video, the man is pulled from a car and is face down on the pavement, with his feet still inside the vehicle. There are MULTIPLE agents on top of him. He does not appear to be actively fighting back, punching, kicking at the agents, attacking anyone, or trying to flee. He is simply lying on the ground. One agent is seen stepping on the man, with his full weight, and repeatedly bouncing on him, before appearing to kick him in the face. Then, while an agent is kneeling on the man’s back, he pulls out his taser and points it at him… as another agent walks around the car, with a second taser, and tases him. The agents pull the man’s arms behind his back and handcuff him… as the man has a seizure. And let’s be clear about what happened… Refusing to put your hands behind your back is NOT the same thing as actively fighting law enforcement. And ICE’s own use-of-force policy specifically categorizes electronic control weapons, like tasers, as a higher level of force than basic physical control techniques. Its policy says intermediate force may be used only when there is no reasonably effective, safe, feasible alternative available. And a taser is NOT supposed to be used as a punishment for someone who isn’t complying with an order. The purpose of force is to gain control of a situation… not to punish someone for refusing to comply. So, when MULTIPLE agents already have a man physically surrounded and pinned down, and he isn’t actively attacking them, or attempting to escape… Why was an ELECTRICAL WEAPON necessary? Being difficult to handcuff does not give federal agents permission to use whatever force they want. Especially when that force can cause seizures and other serious medical complications. Which is why accountability matters. Because when armed, masked federal agents believe there will be no consequences for using excessive force, there is nothing stopping the next encounter from becoming even worse. The Constitution doesn’t disappear because someone is being detained by ICE. ICE agents are not above the law.
